Great service from Richard. Phoned to say what time that he would arrive, and was on time. The oven now looks like it did when new. I would certainly be using again . Very pleasant gentleman.

The guy Jamie came on time was very professional and did a fantastic clean. I honestly can not fault them and they will definitely be called back when needed. Thank you.

DO NOT PAY FULL AMOUNT UP FRONT! Make sure you book a whole day off for the company to send someone at their own convenience even though you get a choice to book the appointment in advance and they take a deposit to confirm the date and time 🙄 waste of time as they just change time slot to please them anyway.
So the company rang day before to confirm time slot of 9-12 asking if I required further services and wanted to pay complete balance, to which I didn't thankfully.

Only to call customer services the next day and no answer so I called sales and they answered the phone straightaway! Spoke with someone called Jade at 11.30 and be told they have no record of this phone call day previously to which the agent was called Emma and just be told it's been moved to 1-4pm and the cleaner will be in touch cause that how they work in this company. So, I said I want a refund as I have plans this afternoon so she transferred me to customer service and I then spoke to someone else called Jade.
I told her what had happened and I had made plans on the afternoon so they the offered to re-book for another day! As the cleaner is half way through another clean and nothing they can do about it. The cheek of it!
So when I requested a refund she said am I sure I can't do another day? Yes, I could have but as they are UNRELIABLE, was I expected to make sure I had the whole day available just incase they decided to move the time slot again and clean a single oven.
So Jade said she would put a note on my file for the accounts team to give me a refund and should take 14 days.
Poor service from sales and customer service team.

I was concerned after reading some reviews and had I read them before booking I would not have booked. However, I would definitely use the company again, I was kept updated on the day of the clean. Jamie did a super job cleaning the oven, hob and extractor fan, all which hadn't been thoroughly in 5 years, everything came out spotless.

The two guys who came today were sooooooo professional and lovely to talk too, really understanding of my circumstances in not being able to clean it myself. I'll definitely get it done more often now to keep it sparkling 🙏😊

ASHG4U was kind, informative & extremely efficient at the job. He even cleaned my grill pan, which is great as I’m now partially sighted and find these jobs very hard.
As We are moving house shortly I asked about cleaning Range cookers as that is what’s in our future house, Ash was able to give me confidence that they would still be able to to provide this service which is great news!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Richard was very efficient and completed cleaning my oven in less than an hour. The result is first class I would definitely recommend and would use the service again

I had an oven clean booked between 9-11 and in all honesty, I start work at 9 so wasn’t sure how it was going to work. Richard called me a little before 8 and said he’d be there in 20 minutes so that was his first gold star. When he arrived he was gone by 8:30am so I still got to work on time because of his efficiency - second gold star. Whilst he was here he was friendly with both me and my little one, brilliant customer service - third gold star. He didn’t leave any mess behind which makes my life a little easier - fourth gold star. And for the fifth, Richard left us with a sparkly new oven that takes one job off the house move for us. A full house, a brilliant clean, that’s why I’m booked onto the annual oven clean - you guys are fab!

The man was in a rush struggle to put the glass in didn’t clean very good he was supposed to clean the hob as well but he said he didn’t need to put charged me for it and i told him i wanted the money back for it phone them up and they said they would pay it back the man said to me that if i wasn’t happy to phone him instead of the company but i phoned up the company he wasn’t very professional job left the glass still dirty wouldn’t recommend

Richard phoned me to say he was on his way. Richard was very nice and made a fabulous job of my hob, oven and extractor he worked very cleanly and was here just under an hour. I would recommend Richard.

Highly recommend Tony to clean your oven. He has done mine three times including extractor fan and it looks gleaming. Very nice, friendly and cheery person.

Very quick but failed to put the correct burner diffusers back on the hob burners. Even left one part off.

The oven cleaner was exceptional and informative. Called me when he was an hour away, along with a 30min and 10min away from my home. He had an apprentice with him which he told me on the phone and was I happy with him being shown What to do. On arrival Steve was very friendly and apologised for the central hub booking mistake (I had an AM appointment but was changed last min to PM)
Steves work and efficiency made up for the delay. Very reasonably priced and hopefully will stay like this. This was my second clean and will definitely use OVENSUPPORT again.
