Totally shitty quality and size, worst decision ever of my entire life to order from overtop, it looks like bag is make from polythene

What they show and what they deliver are completely opposite.
I placed an order for a laptop bag which is absolutely not what I have recieved. There are no such compartments and essentials bags as advertised and the overall quality is less tahn poor.
There was a "Buy 1 Get 1" offer on this bag but I have recieved only one and that too with no essentials pouches with it.
Their PTCL number, phone number, email and Instagram chat are all UNRESPONSIVE.
Worst quality, No customer service, Fake offers.

They gave me the incomplete order also there bag is very cheap quality

Overtop is totally a scam. They will show you some thing else and you got totally the opposite. Poor quality, total scam.

I saw an add of a bag mentioned that there is 90% off so i ordered a bag but they scammed me. There is alot of difference between what they advertised and what they delivered. It seems like a bag made for a toddler so he can play with it.

Today I receive my parcel . Im shocked when open a parcel and see Very cheap quality bag. Material like waste plastic use in this bag. Maximum this kind of bag worth not more then 600 rupes

Boht baqwas product hain. Ab WhatsApp pay return b nahi lay rahay hain. Mainay inkay Facebook pay messages or comments kiye waha say b mujhe block kr diya hain. Yeh totally scam hain.

I ordered a bag from this website and it was extremely disappointing. The quality is terrible—cheap material, bad stitching, and faulty zippers. The product looks nothing like the pictures. Delivery was slow, and their customer service is completely unresponsive. Total waste of money. I do NOT recommend this website at all.

I received the product (bag), which is of very low quality and cheap fabric stuff, even zips are plastic. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from them. Stay away!

Ghatiya Tareen Quality hai. mene aj hi Parcel receive kia ha , Jaisa mene Order kia wesa bilkul hi ni bhjaa, inki website pe Brown color ka jo bag hai mene wo order kia inhon ne bhjna mjje mehroon color me hai inteha ki ghatiya quality hai jaisa dikh raha hai wesa bilkul ni hai quality or sath jo essentials dikhaa rahe hain 2 wo sirf dikhane ke liay website pe or ye log bhjte essential me aik black clr ka ghatiya quality ka ziper bss yahan images ni bhj sakta warna images bhj deta lazmi sath, So bad experience or ab refund ke liay me inko calls pe calls kr raha hun even they don't pick the call as well. Please guys don't fall in trap of this bulshit brand 😏

I am very disappointed with the order. The packaging was inadequate—there was no protective wrap or padding, only the outer postal packaging. The backpack's quality is extremely poor, with bad stitching and cheap materials. The essential components of the bag are also very low quality
