Servizio eccellente e supporto clienti impeccabile CS15264771

Utilizzo OVH da diverso tempo e devo dire che la mia esperienza è estremamente positiva. I servizi sono affidabili, con ottime performance e un rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero competitivo rispetto ad altri provider sul mercato.

Ho apprezzato in particolare la stabilità dei server e la semplicità di gestione della piattaforma, anche per chi non è un esperto.

Un grande punto di forza è il customer care, davvero eccezionale: il team di supporto è sempre disponibile, competente e soprattutto rapido nel risolvere qualsiasi problema. È raro trovare un’assistenza così efficace e orientata al cliente.

Consiglio assolutamente OVH a chi cerca una soluzione solida e conveniente per hosting, server o progetti online. Continuerò sicuramente a utilizzarlo anche in futuro!

Mi hanno cancellato tutti i record DNS del mio dominio senza motivo (rinnovo eseguito con successo 2 settimane fà), quando li ho contattati mi hanno risposto i soliti incompetenti con supponenza dicendomi che dovevo ripristinare tutto io. Negli anni ne hanno combinate molte. Pericolosi? Il peggior provider di servizi internet al mondo

Problem solving rapido e risolutivo

Scrivo per ringraziare la Signora Rosario per l'assistenza tecnica ricevuta su ticket CS15233158. Gentile, precisa, efficiente. Ha saputo trovare una soluzione rapida al problema che avevo semplificandomi l'iter. E' così che deve essere un'assistenza: capire il problema, non complicare la vita al cliente e risolverlo! Già in passato avevo parlato con un altro tecnico OVH molto competente che mi aveva aiutato trovando una soluzione. Entrambi i casi non erano compresi nei tutorial online.

Veloci e precisi anche con livello base

Per correggere una configurazione data da una mia interpretazione errata (rif. CS12940744) ho provato a seguire le indicazioni ricevute scontrandomi successivamente con un problema tecnico. Nonostante il livello base del servizio acquistato l'assistenza è stata veloce e precisa portandomi alla soluzione del problema.
