Not worth it. It is a gamble but when you pull the exact same card consecutive times, it makes it no fun.

I have open 30 plus packs and have withdrawn money multiple times with no problem. This time I try to withdraw and they wanna tell me there’s a name mismatch on the account so I look at my account in the bank account and it’s the exact same information. They are being ridiculous about giving me my money. I’ve been waiting seven days and still haven’t received it, but they could take my money right away. No presents asked. I want the money I’m due plus I interest. This is F*ckng ridiculous, it takes days for them to answer you pack and nothing has changed .

This use to be a 3-4 star review. I did get some good cards from them especially in the 25-100 dollar pulls. What brought it down so low is the customer service. It is horrible, I accidentally used the wrong email and it asked for a password, so I put mine in, it ended up making a new account by accident which I reported immediately. They told me they fixed it and I could add money to my original account, well that did not happen. I had a card in my collection that I wanted shipped, but I wanted to add money to try to get some more slabs to be mailed instead of just shipping one. Well I tried to add money and it wouldn't let me even after they said they fixed it. So I had two days left before my card was sold back or I had to ship it. Well I sent them an email saying it wasn't allowing me to add money two days before. I never received a reply and it was not fixed, I tried to add money twice a day before the last hour for my card. So I ended up shipping one single card because I wanted it costing me 15 bucks. So when I redeemed it, it allowed me to pay for it. I even tried to add money after I shipped it for the next two days and still wouldn't allow me to add money. Customer service is horrible, this was about a week ago and still haven't heard from them. So I just sent another email about it today 4/8/26 that I would not be continuing to use their platform anymore due to this. I ß like to see if they will email me back about this, which I doubt they will. They do offer up some good graded cards in their levels of 25-250 dollars. But if you make a simple mistake you are screwed even if they say everything is good to go, usually I really doubt that. It's probably better to stay away from packz.io.

Had a great experience with packz. I pulled a really nice kaboom from their cheapest pack, which made me hesitant at first. It just arrived at my door today, and I was beyond excited to see that it was legit. I will ripping with them a lot more! The “sweat free” promos make it appealing to rip more.

Dont recieve any email from them , withdrawal of 100 dollars and redem 2 pokemon cards ,,,, compared with courtyard… ( from them i recieve emails, i did my withdrawal Instantly trough apple pay…. Don’t recommend this website looks like its scam i have screenshots !

Spent $150. Pulled absolutely nothing. The cards they sell you they value higher. So you have to sell back. Basically making you loose 10$to $30 each pack. Opened 4-$50 packs. Nothing valued higher than $57. On eBay same card graded higher is selling for $25. 1 -100 pack. Got $46 dollar card. Opened 17 -$25 dollar packs. Highest received card valued at $78 buy back. eBay higher graded one was selling $27. All psa cards I compared. So basically I ended with a card worth $14. Better off going on eBay or other place buying em. It's a scam. Also received same card I sold back in $25 pack in $50 pack. Scam. If you get good card it's gonna be trash low grade. Or even none. Just dna. About 11 to ship one card with no insurance after you spent all that is ridiculous. I bought a lot of packs to see if it's odds are correct. They are not. First review I have ever put on any site. Did it for 2 days.

Seemed like a cool thing at first. Bought a bunch of packs but nothing really good, so I sold back at a reduced price. Finally got two cards that had decent value. Decided to hold them for a bit. Then out of nowhere I get an email from their CEO saying that I have seven days to either get the physical cards sent to me or they will be cashed in at the current card values. Then, because I am deployed overseas I cannot even access their site anymore. Reached out to the CEO got a delayed response because of the holidays, fair enough. Also reached out to customer service and was told I reached out too late and the cards had already been redeemed for the original quoted buy back price. While not a complete scam...this is a shitty company implementing shitty policies to rip people off if they are lucky enough to draw a decent card out of one of the packs. Avoid at all costs.

The experience was fine but if you actually want the card you pulled, the fees are insane, almost 40% of the value of the card. It’s designed to have you keep spending money but never collect anything of value. Again, the 3 stars for me is for having to pay $13 to receive a card I spent $50 on and was valued less than that.

Got scammed by the company. Customer service refused to help. Avoid the site!

I got super lucky and pulled a $250 sun and moon Mewtwo card for 50 bucks. Still waiting for it to send but since I redeemed it on a holiday that’s expected. Will give 5 stars when I receive my card in the mail.
