They sent the wrong item as part of a shipment, a battery charger rather than a cam set. When I told them about it, they asked for the invoice, but there was no invoice included in the package. However, they then quickly sent the missing cam set, no questions asked. It's nice that they trusted me (a first-time customer) and also corrected the issue so quickly.

Have had a barbell on order for 28 weeks now. It was supposed to be a custom made item with 14 week lead time. Called a couple times last month and they said that I should get it soon. Emailed last week with zero response. Ability to fulfil orders: none. Customer service: less then worthless.

Ordered one of the their Peak pens for Black Friday of 2022. It broke mid-session after less than a month of use, then I contacted their customer service to claim the warranty, which this situation falls under.

The emails they sent seemed to give me the run around then after going back and forth for almost 2 weeks, the thread ended with "I will work with my team now and follow up with you once I have more info." At that point, I knew my fate was sealed and figured I would no longer hear from them again, as it's been almost 2 months since. I've been chasing for their attention during this process, calling the phone number for responses, etc., but I don't have the time or energy to keep doing so, which is why I wanted to leave an honest review.

I've read about their poor customer service from reviews left on other sites, but decided to take a chance with them. Oh well, just wanted to let the tattoo community know NOT to support this company.

Please support tattooers who are builders, as they will provide "backed for life" warranties and will service their hand-made machines with proper care.

I ordered a shipment of tattoo supplies from this company as they carry the ink I use by panthera which is a little hard to find. They charged my card and then flagged the order as fraudulent and asked me to send them photos of my ID and credit card which I did … then they just stopped responding . This company is garbage and seems like they ripped me off . Im having to handle it with my bank … do NOT order any supplies from painful pleasures or you will be in for a pain full experience.

The jewelery I ordered was wrong (way too long and the threading did not align)
Customer service is slow to respond and ask for unnecessary information
They lied about the product being out of stock
Gave me a store credit for the one item that was wrong when I ordered two matching
Store credit did not cover the entire cost of the replacement item nor shipping
Doing business with PP was very painful with absolutely zero pleasure

I'd love to speak to the owner of this business in regards to poor customer relations I placed an order 10 days ago then another order 5 days ago... I had to call to even get my order acknowledged and that took several attempts I have sent various emails asked last week Thursday to have this over nighted I have been doing business here a long time and it's terrible there any more... I'd HIGHLY recommend everyone look else where for supplies I spend thousands upon thousands here and nothing is ever right, never on time and when I'm asking to pay for overnight clearly my orders shouldn't be left on stand by... I'm going to leave review on every social media platform and highly recommended that everyone do business with people that act like their customers matter this is the most unprofessional business ive ever seen... and the total disregard of its clients isnt good on any level

My jewelry is always sent to me in excellent shape, high quality materials and my order gets to me in a time manner. They also have a $2 shipping insurance. So if your order gets lost in the mail, they will reship your order with me extra cost. It's an easy site and a spectacular company to acquire body jewelry and ear jewelry for stretched lobes. Amongst other items.
