I can't complain about one thing
I can't complain about one thing. I ordered the 80x60 blanket with my daughters name on it on a Monday. I did pay for the 2-3 day shipping and it was on my doorstep on Thursday. Just in time for her birthday. I will be ordering other items from your site again.

Blankets are very small
Blankets are very small, picture is misleading. I ordered a blanket for my wife and it barely covers from the knees down. They will not give a refund or a bugger replacement. Blanket is now in the closet for keepsake, won’t be able to use it. Do not buy the blankets.

Do not do business with this company
I purchase frequently online. NEVER will I recommend or purchase from pamaheart again. This was the most stressful and least rewarding transaction. I feel I was extremely overcharged and the company communicated horribly with me about my order. Claimed it got lost in transit when it was never received by the shipping company. I paid extra for fast shipping and purchase date was January 20th did not receive until Feb. 2nd. This company is an embarrassment. Absolutely the worst.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not accept returns. I ordered a wall hanging that cost $169 and can return it in the original packaging (and perfect condition) but they won't let me. Ordered 1 week ago. Just did not look right. I never imagined that they did not accept returns. Second post after reading company reply:
At no time during the purchasing process was I notified that my purchase was not refundable or that it was a final sale. I will update this review if Permaheart makes any concessions after “consulting with their team.”

Was hesitant from ordering from here since I never heard of it before but i received the shirt earlier than expected and It was perfect! Just as I was hoping. Was a present for mother in law and she absolutely loved it! They are Gildan brand shirt which are great shirts/material. Customer service was great as well and kept contact when I needed help. 5 stars!! Will be ordering from here again. Makes a great gift.

Bad Ordering Experience / Slow Delivery / DONT RECOMMEND
Ordered these for wife’s 1st Mother's Day, 10 days before to be precise. Based on information online, both were scheduled to arrive several days before Mother's Day which is why I ordered them. Well, they did not and arrived separately. One half the order arrived 3 days after Mother’s Day and the other arrived a week later. Totally disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

My order has not been fulfilled. I am still waiting on the matching onesie for my mother’s day present to my wife on her first Mother’s Day. This is unacceptable and I want a full refund. Your website was a complete let down and did not meet your customers expectations. My wife was so sad that she could not celebrate her first Mother’s Day in the way we planned.
