I placed my order for a vneck henley tshirt, in dark grey for my wife. I got an email in the middle of the night CST to tell me that they did not have that color and offered another color. I responded asking them to cancel the order and I would look for another shirt. This took 3 emails back and forth, only getting a response from them in the middle of the night. Finally they stated that they now had the color and could ship the order. I realized at that point I had ordered a MIMA shirt instead of a MIMI shirt, so still asked them to cancel. Instead they offered to switch the shirt to Mimi, I thought this was great, but since it had taken over a week due to communications only coming in the middle of the night, i asked them to remove the expedited shipping cost. I had already missed my wifes birthday. They removed that cost for me. I received notification that the new order had shipped but could get on to check the status. Finally the shirt arrived and my wife loved it, until she put it on....it was too small! She always wears an XL but this she could not wear. Again I reached out to try and exchange the shirt, after all $55 for a tshirt, surely you could exchange it. NOPE! Another 4 emails(=4 days) to find out they will NOT do exchanges but very generous to offer to place a new order for you. This is my fault...LOOK AT THE RETURN POLICY, especially before spending this much money for a shirt you could have made locally for 1/2 the price. So why did I order if it is so expensive? Because I loved the website and some of the other things they sell, but I WILL find another company to order from for anything else. Their excuse is that these are customized, however they are NOT personalized so unsure how this shirt could not be resold as any other clothing orders placed on line. If this was made as Mimi Jane or any other personalization, I could understand but they are not. In my opinion this is just not a good practice. AGAIN, order carefully and read their policies!!!!

Absolutely HERRENDOUS! I got an email the day before Mother’s Day stating the order was incomplete because nickname wasn’t complete! Then they released the shipment very late, and then only 1 shirt arrived and there should have been 2! I will NEVER order from this company again !

Following up on my review from earlier...only half my order arrived yesterday. Still no word on the other half. It is actually just an awful product, honestly save your money, horrible service and all you get is a generic stiff t-shirt that looks nothing like what they show on the site.

I am very disappointed in this company
I am very disappointed in this company, and will be letting everyone I know and more that this is not a company they should go through. I’ve ordered two shirts weeks ago for Mother’s Day and whoever is emailing me keeps pushing my questions off, makes me feel a little sketchy about this company. About ready to ask for my refund and take my business else where. Never got a confirmation number they said they would sent it out a week ago and then did yesterday as well like didn’t you guys already say you were shipping it out? I would really like some piece of mind knowing my order is actually coming. I don’t even know what to say at this point.. no help whats so ever and complete waste of time and money going through this company.

Out of 2 shirts I only received 1. I got my mom and mother-in-law both matching shirts for Mother’s Day on April 23 thinking most things get here in about a week but ordered two weeks in advance since it’s customized. Total was $56. The confirmation email only gives one tracking number assuming all items will be shipped together. The package that came only had my moms shirt in it. I need them both by Sunday. If it doesn’t come this week, I’m asking for a refund. This is not right. The website should’ve said it would’ve be shipped together and should’ve said when both would be here by.
*Got a quick response back, which is nice. Hopefully, I'll get my other items soon and a tracking number for the 2nd shirt. I just wish they explained that on their website that not all items will be together or shipped and sent at the same time. Very frustrating now that I’ll have to go buy another gift somewhere else.

Paid for 2 day shipping at an extreme…
Paid for 2 day shipping at an extreme premium before my wife’s first
Mother’s Day, completing the order April 30th. On May 5th, I’m still waiting for the company to ship the order. I am looking, best case scenario, at her gifts arriving either the day before (maybe) or after. Company shouldn’t charge extra for rush shipping if they can’t fulfill orders in a timely fashion, or they should advertise accurate arrival times for their goods based on their limitations in fulfillment.

The vendor asked me to update my review if the item arrived in a timely fashion. Well, they did in fact manage to get the order delivered the last possible day. However, they also managed to print my child's name differently from what was submitted on the order. I am awaiting a response from the vendor on if they will refund me directly or if I'll need to charge it back through my credit card company.

Arrived quick but didn’t fit
Order arrived in only 6 days! But...XL shirt fits like a small. Very disappointed to have wasted $30 since I assume you can’t return a personalized item. Did love the colors and decal so just re-ordered a 3x and hoping it fits. normally wear L to XL and like my T’s a bit roomy. Very disappointed in sizing.

I gave 3 stars because I haven't received my Tee shirt to determine if the quality is good.
However, please don't advertise for Mother's day when it takes up 21 business to receive the order.
I ordered my shirt ahead of time in order to be able to wear it for Mother's day, but I don't think I will have it by then....
I don't think that I will be ordering from this company again. .

I placed an order two weeks ago and my cups are going to say est twice! I tried to ask if it could be fixed three freaking times and no response terrible customer service! And the first email was immediately after the order was placed! Terrible way to run a business! I do not recommend buying anything from this company. Then I received an email stating that my order had been shipped but when I go to click on the tracking information it says there is no information available at this time and it’s been sitting like that for a week now plus it gives me the tracking number and I go to cpy and paste the tracking number through the tracking website and it tells me the number is tracking number is too long so something isn’t right here. I think this website is a scam! DONT ORDER ANYTHING

Safe yourself the dissapointment
I placed an order over a week ago and have received no updates. I emailed asking about the status and no response. If my order does not show up before I leave next week it is completely useless. I should just get my money back now and save myself the dissapointment. After reading other reviews I'm feeling pretty hopeless.

Incorrect order/No customer service
Had an issue placing my order. Everytime I would go to submit the order all of the dates auto filled the dates to 1999. I corrected them after 3 tries, finally able to place my order. Apparently I missed correcting one of the dates & the shirt was wrong. I submitted an email & picture of the shirt as requested, but because the shirt matched the order, they won't replace it & gave me a 30% off coupon for future purchase. Even though I explained the issue I had, they still will not correct it. Do yourself a favor and find a local shop that makes t shirts, obviously NO customer service here.

I have not received an update for my order placed on March 16. There is no update when I click confirmation and I am unable to track order. Would have appreciated an email to say the order has been delayed but nothing. Looking for full refund at this point. (If not already shipped)
Update: Package was received today. My mom loved it but the fact I got no further updates after confirmation of order was pretty upsetting. I had no way of knowing if order was shipped or forgotten. Also the fact there was a response to this review before my email I sent earlier in the day says the company cares more about public reviews. Will not be spending money here again.
