I have done my Functional skills English Level 2 recently with Parenta. And my tutor was Ryan Green who was very helpful during my course. He was very supportive and helpful and provided all the resources that I needed for my course. I am really happy to have Ryan as my English tutor. Thank you so much

Having English as an additional language I felt very supported by my tutor, Laxmi. I’ve always had answers to all my questions. I would recommend Parenta to everyone.

Karley who is part of the customer service team is a godsend. She always has the answers to any questions we may have or if she doesn't know the answer she will find out and always give us a call back!

We love Parenta and all of it's features. All of the staff are fab and so knowledgeable. We could not recommend the software enough, you will never regret the decision to use Parenta!

Since starting in September 2022 to complete my level 3 I have had Lauren as my tutor. She has helped me a great deal in getting ahead of my target. Lauren is kind, helpful and always available to help when needed.
Couldn't ask for a better tutor.

I started my EYE L3 course in February 2023 and Sam took over as tutor in June. She has been fantastic and so supportive. Her proactive approach has made it easier to plan my coursework around work and homelife with two young children. Parenta has been excellent with their support, too.

The provider is fantastic always at hand if I need help and gave me the support I need. My tutor is great friendly and very understanding and is at hand to help me with any issues I have

It was great to be an apprentice with Parenta, and having Prateema as my assessor. She was always available and helpful, making sure I understood every assignment, checking on me, and encouraging when needed. Very professional. Thank you Prateema!
Also, other employees of Parenta, which were involved during my course were helpful, with adequate knowledge, and have been very professional all the times.

This provider is fantastic, the support they offer is amazing which helps make the course feel easy to do.

From the start of my L5 Apprenticeship, the masterclasses and the teachers have been great. Their dedication to teaching the classes and the support given through the learning task and assignment is excellent. I do not feel alone and I meet new people that do the same line of work as me and we share and exchange ideas during the master classes.

I'm studying for my level 3 Early Years Educator. Parenta has provided a brilliant platform for me to further my knowledge. Every topic covered so far has enabled me to make connections between what I've learnt and how it relates to my setting. The live learning sessions not only give you access to a trainer who is able to answer questions there and then,but you get to meet other people and share thoughts and ideas. My tutor and the training staff that I have met so far are approachable and supportive. The apprenticeship so far has improved my confidence and I am looking forward to gaining more knowledge and being able to apply it within my setting.

As a new nursery we have tried multiple apprentice providers and local colleges, none shone through and didn't appear to look after the wellbeing of my apprentices. Parenta from the get go have been amazing.

My apprentices assessors Charlotte and Gill have been brilliant and Jesse has been super helpful over the phone in booking inductions.

I myself used Parenta 8 years ago to complete my level 2 and 3, i am now a manager and can vouch that their standards have not slipped.

Parenta understand the difficulties early years are facing and no challenge is too great. Really really appreciate the support from Parenta towards my apprentices and all my apprentices are having a positive learning experience and enjoying their courses. Would recommend to anybody.

I had Clare as a tutor during the last few months of my course with parenta and I have just received my level 3 in childcare with a high marks. 2022 was a rough year for me in my personal life, which, substantially affected my coursework, but I couldn’t be more grateful to have such an understanding and patient tutor to work with! We have been working with Parenta for many years and would recommend them to other nurseries wanting apprentices to achieve their qualifications. We did go through a patch when Parenta had some issues with a couple of tutors, but this was soon cleared up, and we now work with a conscientious tutor who is in constant contact with her students and with the nursery management. She works hard and goes out of her way to help our staff to ensure they reach their targets.

Amazing software and training provider with all round early years help, they understand the industry and have been nothing but helpful throughout my time with them. even if i needed help with anything they don't provide they have been able to point me in the right direction. nothing but praise for the customer service who have always been amazing and helped straight away really cant fault them at all

I was with Parenta to complete my level 3 childcare qualification. the tutor I started off with was very rude, she didn't reply to emails when asking for help, she would constantly send my assignments back asking me to add information that was already there meaning they had not been read through thoroughly.

I had, overall, 4 different tutors which was a nightmare as it meant I had to catch each one up on where I was on the course.

They took way too long to reply when needing support. when I finally finished my course, they emailed and asked for information that I had given at the start of the course, which turned out my first tutor had lost everything and me and my manager had to redo it all. I ended up actually qualifying a year after finishing due to tutors not knowing what was going on.

a lot of the girls in my nursery were on the same course and would 100% agree. I would not recommend Parenta to anyone.
