Easy to book, low cost.

I had no difficulty finding a parking spot and the front desk staff was accommodating. The shuttle to the airport was early and the driver very helpful.

Terrible wrong information hotel staff very rude and unhelpful drove across street and used park and fly

Fast easy. Lacking in confirmation email tho.

I just make a reservation “park and fly”. The parkingaccess.com indicated $5 for total package – one night before the flight and parking.
Later I found out, this price is for FREE PARKING ONLY.
SCAM AND FRAUD.

Had to cancel trip because of virus conditions. Was charged $50+ dollars as a "booking fee" for this hotel/parking arrangement. RIP OFF!!!!

I didn't look soon enough at the receipt--no shuttle during Coronavirus. Had to take Uber from the Quality Inn to the Airport. Useless. Could have taken Uber from home and left the car there.

I made a reservation and was told I would get a call. That was over a month ago and to date I have heard nothing but they immediately took my money. This is a scam company in my opinion. I would stay far away. Go directly through the airport. Save yourself the headache and money.

Everything went well except the web site says that there is a shuttle to the airport and on the emailed confirmation it states there is no shuttle. Of course I miss the statement on the email and when I arrived to my drop off location I was surprised that I would have to get my own ride to the airport. I had enough time to get an Uber and make my flight but I think, that snafu on the web should be corrected.

It has been couple of weeks I am trying to get the refund for the service cancelled but no success so far.

This was very easy but once I had made my reservation my confirmation email did not reference that I had made it through a third party and could not cancel on line without knowing who the third party is. Saying that a very nice lady answered the phone after you opened today at 8 AM and was able to assist me in cancelling my reservation. Thank you so much and hopefully you will amend the confirmation page to reference your booking agency so changing a reservation can be more intuitive and seamless.

Called to confirm our reservations. There weren't any. After being on hold for over 30 minutes, I was guaranteed a call back. No call back. This played out twice. Asked for a refund and was denied. Made my own arrangements. I recommend not to use this service.

Booked online only to get a call that the dates I choose were not available but they had higher priced options. Bait & Switch - still yet to receive cancellation confirmation

It’s a nice search engine, but the prices aren’t truly what is first offered. This might be separate from you business, but Park n’ Fly Minneapolis was supposed to send me confirmation of my reservation. I never received it in my inbox or spam. Thankfully, I have a screen shot of the confirmation number.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and should not have been charged parking.

Very user friendly website and loved the selection and prices.
