FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHO STEALS YOUR MONEY
The only reason I gave this fraudulent company 1 start is just so I could right this review and warn others about this company! On Jan. 7th I booked their park sleep fly package for a March 10th arrival, stay over night and fly out the next morning, picking our car up after our trip on the 18th. I received a confirmation of the money I paid and what I was paying for, but NEVER received a confirmation about the hotel. It is now 1.5 weeks before our vacation and I called them to confirm because I couldn't find anything else from them since the initial contact on 1/7. ABEER spoke with me and couldn't find the reservation either; after about 45 minutes of her hemming and hawing and stumbling over her words, she said she finally found it. I demanded she send me the hotel confirmation.....she said she would and nothing came. I called her back and she said they were having computer issues and asked me to wait another 15 minutes for the e-mail, which I did, nothing came. I called her back and she asked for another 15 minutes, I gave her an hour and still, no e-mail confirmation. I called back and this time, she didn't take my call and told her associate to get my number, she would call me back......she didn't. I called after 20 minutes of not getting a call and she picked up the phone. She said they were still having issues and to wait another 10 and she would call me back. After this call, I called the hotel that I was SUPPOSED to have a reservation with, a reservation I had ALREADY PAID FOR! They had absolutely nothing under my name. I called her back and she admitted that there was never a reservation and that in the time we had been going back and forth, she was trying to get me a reservation. I demanded a refund and said absolutely not....Abeer had lied to me consistently over a 4 hour period and I never had a reservation. BEWARE if you use this company, they practice fraudulent business! They steal your money and lie about it and NEVER get you a reservation for a park/sleep/fly package.

We have attempted to reach out to Chris to provide a solution to this issue, will update on the outcome. The hotel that the customer is referring to was sold out, which as we state in our terms and before making the reservation, we will confirm within 24-48 hours. That communication was made by our agent and for that, we apologize. However, I do believe we have a solution, but I can firmly say we are not fraudulent, we did not steal Chris' money and we will accommodate his request at no extra fees. But I completely get the frustration in this review.

When I booked my park and hotel I was told the amount of 133.00 would not be charged to my card until the day of my stay, the next day it was on my card. I have since canceled my reservations and was told It would take 3 to 5 business days to get my refund. I have not received a cancellation notice.

You took my money and didn’t send me a confirmation with details until I was already parked, on the plane and landed in NewYork. I called US Park and they had no information about who I was. I ended up parking there but when we returned to pick up our car they wanted another. $24 USD even though I had the confirmation I had paid. She ended up not charging me extra but the whole thing was a mess. I’ll never use the site again.
