The hotel was super nice. But I paid for best western that had 24hr shuttle and ended up with holiday that only had shuttle 5a-11p and I needed a shuttle at 2am. I spent extra time picking out hotels for this reason and did not get the one I picked.

Only place we park. Convenient, great customer service, secure parking.

This is my second time using you all and everything was great, hoping for the same experience on tomorrow.

I received no E-mail confirmation and Calling Smart park direct I had no reservation pending.And there charge was a $100.00 less

Great prices, good service just lack the immediate communication with the hotels....

Reservation not sent to my email like promised. Had to call the parking place and set up myself and create a mess by getting an additional parking ticket even though I already paid thru this place. Found out late that Park N Fly had no mention of my reservation and this place was closed so it couldn’t be corrected on time. Had to sit thru countless holds and they were long, just to try to figure this out. So disappointed and will never use this site again. Oh and by the way, they spelled my last name wrong after repeating it like 5 times and that’s probably why this all happened but no excuse, my email was there and they still didn’t email me except for this review thing. Sad.........*this is a follow up comment to the reply from this business*....they are incorrect saying that Park N Fly had my reservation. They did not and that was confirmed by a phone later that night when I made the reservation. The manager looked it up and could not find anything. The reply to my original review was referring to when I raised attention to this matter and not before making them wrong. Your 1 star is justified and then some. Also, as stated to your “rep” on the phone, I checked spam/junk and it was not there. Check your facts before making a bogus reply to save face on a deserved 1 star review. Own your mess up and move forward!!

The representative was very helpful
BUT after booking I only received an e-mail conformation that I paid $37.04 with NO details as to date and hotel. I was still on the line with him and said I did not feel comfortable with this and I was told I would get a conformation email in 45 minutes. This was not acceptable. I decided to trust him and will wait to see if I do get a email.

My one and only complaint is about not receiving a confirmation from the hotel that I booked. I have no idea if I have a room or not.

I reserved my parking spot and when i got there they didn't have anything available! I want my money back and i haven't received it or haven't been able to contact someone to get my money back
