I can’t Thank the team at Partridge Mortgage services enough for not only securing a mortgage for me and working really hard to do this, but most importantly their exceptional customer service. Connor Black has been incredible from start to finish, and Julia has been a joy to talk to, both have been constantly reassuring me throughout. Every single person I’ve spoke to have been polite, professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with, keeping me up to date every step of the way.

He was so friendly and available to answer any questions we had. This is our first mortgage and Scott took time to explain processes to us and to advise on best current deals! He was very personable. Our case was handed to Ashlee after the mortgage application and Ashlee contacted us to introduce herself and to furthermore explain what we should expect. This was a really lovely touch and she made sure we were aware to contact her with any questions we had. She was contactable throughout the process.
