Excellent experience with Meridian. I came into contact with these guys after looking at a new build property that I decided not to proceed with. However, being self-emoloyed my mortgage situation was more complex than standard.

Meridian mortgage is the worst bank to get a loan with they pressure you to get contracts and pay all this money before you even get a loan approval then when all is said and done you get nowhere near what you need
And the interest rates are ridiculously high
And there agents specifically Jennifer Franson hooks you up with her real estate agent ,her title company and the house appraiser conveniently everything comes back in there favor NO THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!
