First let me say my last telescope sling patio furniture was bought in 1994. I have replace the slings once before. Now they are just worn out. But the quality of this product is unbelieveable. I did my research and its actually manufactured in upstate NY.

The table top of a special order patio set was missing from a delivery eight days ago. Last week I was told logistics is doing a dock search and it would take 72 hours. After 72 hours, I was told they were delayed because they are 'busy'. This week I'm told logistics is doing a dock search and it will be 72 hours and that they had to wait for a bill of lading from the vendor. I have no idea what is going on. I think they put most of their efforts into marketing and sales, not into solving delivery issues.

Quick and easy couldn’t navigate the website, but the representative helped me through that and sent me the link. Everything‘s good.

Navigating their site was easy and made comparing different options efficient. Chatting with Chris was helpful too. I'll have more to say once my orders are processed and received. I have high expectations and look forward to confirming that al went well.

Unfortunately, there is a sale on Patio Living for 30% off Berlin Gardens furniture. When I selected my items, the page showed a price of $4,205 but when I added those items to the cart, it was $4,295. I call the service center, and it is a call center in the Philippines, thus no help what so ever. I ended up not buying the items that were incorrectly priced as it was effectively not including the 30% discount.

I wanted to purchase the Terrace Collection Chairs with the small coffee table (it is a set) that with the selection of Antique Mahogany and the Cushion Colors was show as $4,205. But when those items were added to the cart, the chairs were correctly priced, but the small table went from $625 -> $715.

Therefore a mystery $90 was added, so I removed the mispriced tables from the order. Now I have an incomplete set thanks to your mis-pricing.

Problem NOT solved, and Philippine call center not able to fix it.

colors displayed aren't accurate - confusing and ended up getting the wrong color as the one I wanted "isn't offered". Disappointing when the website doesn't reflect accurate products, yet allows you to buy it anyway and you get something different.

The description of this table was confusing. In the details it said "no umbrella hole" then the next section read "hole for umbrella - yes".

Ordered a needed part for my 6 year old patio umbrella. Got back to me right away. The part was less than $10 and free shipping. Have to wait 1-2 weeks but it is not dire.

Risa (our customer service rep) was fantastic. We had a relatively complicated order that included new furniture, replacement cushions for existing furniture and matching the furniture finish for furniture we purchased 10 years ago (awesome that Castelle still makes the Madrid collection). They no longer make the furniture in the same finish but Risa was able to talk with the manufacturer and get us an option that will be very close. The timeliness of the communication was outstanding, along withe creating an estimate for us that had several changes along the way. We are very impressed with Risa and PatioLiving.
