Same as the others. Paid for patio rockers but got 2 tiny green metal crosses in the post. Multiple emails later and still no joy.
Filed a fraud report with Revolut and hoping for a refund now.

ordered 3 chairs on the 30th may and haven’t received anything.
Multiple emails have been sent to them with no response.
Shop app still says being packaged for delivery however it’s been saying that since the day after I purchased them.

So you order garden furniture and get two cheap beads through a courier. My bank has disputed the payment on my behalf and they are actually challenging it. This is a scam and don’t be fooled the Meta allowed them to sell for so long in Facebook. Do not buy anything as all you will receive is cheap beads.

Still haven't received my item ordered June 4th sent 4 emails (no reply)

Been waiting for 45 days on my chaires, and they have not arrived yet...

As others have said I received 2 small beads. I disputed the charge on my account and received a refund the next day - make sure you do this.

Avoid buying anything from these scammers! Item never received! And no customer service

Is actually 0 stars in my opinion but that’s not an option on here, ordered x2 chairs cancelled it within hours of placing order got an email saying successful cancel, never received the chairs but received the 3 beads that everyone has been receiving after placing an order. Still not received a refund either. Do not place an order with these people!

Ordered May 10th and today’s July 5th. No rockers in site.

Shop app says that the carrier needs to update their tracking status. They’re just as complicit in this fraud as a third party app providing access to a fake tracker. Such garbage .

Asked their fake customer support for a refund and they said stop submitting emails or it’ll push my help ticket back.

Finally put a dispute in through my Mastercard. Don’t fall for it.

Raise a dispute with your method of payment if these have scammed you too!!!!

No emails replied to, even used other email addresses not connected to my order.
Absolute robbery!!

Thankfully my bank was sympathetic.

Buyer beware....this is a total SCAM. I ordered 3 rocking chairs which, after a number of weeks were marked as delivered. I never received the order and PatioLuxe will not reply to any of my emails. SHOP also have washed their hands of this. Steer clear at all costs.

Terrible service. Bought 2 chairs. Said they were delivered but they were not. Completely ignored by the ‘support’ email.

Don’t be an idiot like me and fall for this! Total scam. I ordered two patio rockers and received a very small Jiffy bag one month later with 3 small ‘crosses’ ??? They are not responding to any contact. Fortunately I paid with credit card so I have had my money refunded. You have been warned!

Ordered 3 rocker chairs on June 4. No email follow up or confirmation. Logged into their site and it looked like the order had been received, but not picked, etc 5 weeks later.

Should be able to give no star, complete SCAM!!! Ordered one patio rocker, they took money for three then sent 3 tiny plastic cross beads in the post and said delivered!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE

Ordered 2 x chairs. Paid £150 even though it’s priced at £60.
Could get my money back.
Took well over 25working days for delivery and when it was “delivered” it was either to the wrong address as shown on the tracker or they delivered 2 pieces of metal in a parcel.

Tired emails and chasing up the issue. No replies.
Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.
