Great service
Admittedly, I was a little cheesed off at having to pay £40 delivery charges with an already pricey bike but the delivery was rapid and the bike was still the cheapest.

New bike? No drama
Paul’s Cycles provided a new bike without fuss. It arrived ahead of schedule as it was dispatched overnight rather than three day delivery.
The bike was well set up prior to packaging and well protected for the journey. The only bit of the assembly that I that I sweated was loosening the front wheel from its travelling location as it was hooked over the crank arm and need care not to damage the spokes.
The bike is great and was heavily discounted so far beyond my expectations.
The post card with a personal message from the mechanic was a nice touch.
