Simple and quick process, ordered on the weekend and delivered on the Tuesday, can't wait till the weekend to un-box and setup. My first experience using Pauls Cycles and it wont be the last.

I ordered my sons bike on a Thursday and it was delivered on the following Saturday morning. Fantastic service and would definitely buy from Pauls cycles again.

Just an outstanding experience from start to finish. Purchased my 3T bike from the store, great service and helpful. I then had a slight issue with the seatpost (my height issue not the bikes issue). They sorted it quickly and without questions. Quite simply, if you are going to buy a bike, buy it from them.

The bike turned up checked the bike and found the frame with paint defect or damage took photos and phoned them spoke to Adam didn’t seem uninterested over the I said I will phone back on no we do emails and still nothing do not buy from this company as tried phoning no answer two days now nothing
