I have ordered before and always have had a pleasant experience and my items arrive quickly. I ordered last Tuesday and have yet to receive my order and the tracking information isn’t showing anything from past Saturday when the shipping label was created.

The order was never received
The order was never received. I have no problem with the product being sold. Good quality products with great results. However, true to form, delivery of the items ordered seems to be a challenge for Dr. Paul Williams DDS.

Hello, your order was canceled, and you were sent a cancellation notice. You then immediately placed another order, and that one was canceled as well. So, you were never charged and therefore would not receive any items.
