I ordered two pairs of trainers in my usual size but both pairs were too small so I had to return them. Not only was I charged the original delivery fee but also a return fee so I am out of pocket with nothing to show for it. What a rip off!!

I had a great experience, they arrived a day or two after ordering. I was very happy.

Definitely worst ever company...ordered mens walking sandals,cant track and customer service is downright rude and ignorant

I had ordered sandals for a wedding but it took over 3 weeks for them to arrive which was too late

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received shipping! Shoes had to be sent from one of their stores to the warehouse to be shipped but apparently they may have been lost in transit! Very slow delivery wouldn’t order from here again.

The worst service only had size 8 on the order I put it when they arrived it said size 41 I’m size 42 that is an 8 Ina lot of European shoes so annoyed had to pay for returns plus delivery plus customs and nothing to show . So hard to return from Ireland as well will never use this site again
Still waiting for my money to be refunded will have to follow that up now

You're sizings are the smallest I've come across. A size 5 looked like a size 4 and sure enough it was way too small! It's really unhelpful when buying online shoes!

Saw them selling their wares on Amazon as a Third Party seller. The pictures show nice looking shoes and there is where the nice bit ends. First alarm bell rings when you find they use Evri as their courier (they are cheap for a reason!). Second alarm bell is all their shoes are made in China and are not particularly well made and a lack of quality control is obvious. I might be being a bit picky but when you try and make out you are a reputable company, start by getting the basics right. Wouldn't touch 'em with a barge pole. Paul

Ordered 1x sandals online . After 3 weeks & no delivery contacted pavers by email . Sent details plus screen shot of invoice several times . Have been told now that they have no knowledge of my order so seems I’ve been scammed . People beware of the websites as they don’t seem legit

My partner while buying a pair of shoes in Pavers Blanchardstown Dublin ,the assistant put a pair of insoles into the sketchers she was wearing,as she tried on the new shoes,she said these are good to have if you're wearing sketchers. She never asked do you want them or indeed said there'd be a charge. My partner paid for the shoes and noticed she had been charged 17.50for the insoles on top of the price of the shoes,she never asked for the insoles,but the assistant just put them in the sketchers. Just absolute sharp practice,I was going to buy another pair myself had just gone to the ATM to get cash,so they lost a sale over this con

Very poor communication.
I placed an order online on 13/08/2026 and they have emailed me once to say it would be delivered to a store and there is no update on delivery.
You should be telling customers before checkout if there is going to be this sort of delivery delay.

Came into the pavers at east midlands designer outlet for shoes for my autistic daughter, Kate was lovely really helpful, kind and understanding made the experience so easy and really pleasant,

I sent back 2 pairs of sandals to jones boots which is part of yere set up. I have not heard from them since. I sent back gold and teal sandals. Don't know if ye can do anything about it?

Order a pair of Sandals on 24th July. One hour later got an email that sandals were no longer in stock. Refund was made to my Paypal account on the same date. The duty of €3.00 was not refunded. I waited for the refund to appear for a few weeks whenever I checked my account. I mailed their helpdesk - got into a mine of hell - I gave them a copy of the refund mail with the details. Got a mail back asking for all the details again and when I had returned the item that I never got as they cancelled it. Went to some trouble to download and send them a copy of the cancelled mail. Again no that was not enough - they wanted the exact date of the order even though that had been supplied now twice through sending them forwards of their own order details. Eventually I typed out the date and had to reconfirm my email twice. Then I got an automated message that they could not help me but would escalate the matter -Order was PVI10153503
They obviously don't have enough staff to update their inventory and their refund process is not refunding duties charges.

The manager in the new shop inside Mayberrys garden centre in portslade , was very helpful and understanding to my wife who is quiet ill.

Can’t comment on comfort of shoes with this review. Took absolutely ages to receive the shoes emails were answered but asking me to wait politely. Eventually turned up in a shoebox of another brand of shoe and the wrong size! Emailed and was told just to return for refund or replacement that will take 7-10 days after they are processed. With the wait I had if if return for a replacement I’ll be needing snow boots not sandals!!!! Will never use online ever again
