Rupert is my sales agent , he’s very polite straight forwards , very informative and knows product and knowledgeable . I had them to fit new flooring ,was done in no time . Pleased with product . Staff are so friendly if you need to phone up too .

I was able to afford the flooring I wanted. It was quick and easy from talking to the Mick to order and then receive it. Very good quality. Would definately recommend it and have done already. The staff are very helpful. Thankyou so much

Shocking. Me and my partner had a sofa delivered in June. It was broken when the delivery people brought it in. Still not fixed in September. They just keep moving payments back. Will never ever buy with this company again. Shameful. Still keep just getting messages fobbing us off. Meanwhile we are left with a broken sofa. Would not recommend at all.

My mother is 84 years of age she had a single bed that cost over 500 pound it fell apart after 12 months she kept tryin to get in touch and they came out ordered her a new bed took 120 pound to be told a week later that she is in arrears and cant have the bed and wouldnt reinburse her back her deposi

⭐ 1 STAR — Extremely disappointing experience with Pay Per Week Carpets and Beds

I would strongly advise people to think carefully before using this company.

I entered into an agreement for flooring and made the required payment. When the automatic payment did not go through, I contacted the company immediately and paid the amount over the telephone on the very same morning.

I was not told at the time that because I had paid manually over the phone, rather than the payment being automatically collected, this payment would apparently not count towards the consecutive payments required before my flooring could be delivered.

I was subsequently told that I could potentially have to wait until the following month’s automatic payment before my flooring would be sent, or alternatively make a further £10 payment.

This was not explained to me when I made the payment.

Their own terms refer to customers needing to make consecutive automated scheduled payments, but my issue is that when I contacted them immediately to resolve the failed payment, nobody properly explained the consequences of making that payment manually. Had I been told clearly, I could have made an informed decision about whether to continue with the agreement.

At this point I decided I no longer wanted to proceed and requested my money back because I had received no flooring and no fitting/delivery service.

What made the situation even more frustrating is that the company subsequently attempted to dispute/refuse my refund request with my bank, despite the fact that I had not received the goods or service I had paid for.

From my experience, the communication around the payment requirements was poor, the situation was not properly explained when I contacted them, and dealing with the refund has been unnecessarily difficult.

I am leaving this review because other customers deserve to know about my experience before committing themselves to a payment arrangement.

I have kept records of the payments, communications and refund request, so this review is based on my actual experience rather than speculation.

1 star from me. I would not use this company again.

SCAM do not use they’ve taken £150 of my money and no one has called me about a fitting since June. Every time I call the office someone says they’ll call me back and NOTHING I’m guessing a lot of the good reviews on here are fake. Trying to get my money back now which is proving impossible please do NOT use

First time purchasing furniture was great, had all the support, help with payments even moved the time they take the payments out for me so I knew exactly when to put the money in my bank account.
This time round is an absolute disgrace and I will not return after this. I’ve missed a few payments, they’ve contacted me once on a phone call and emailed me. I knew I was in debt and I’m going through an awful lot right now a big financial loss has happened in my life. Fair enough they’ve taken the payment but to constantly sit there and take money from my bank account without my permission (yes they were owed it) but that money on top they’ve taken is for my shopping, they only stopped taking the money because they’ve cleared my bank account. I’ve sat and phoned pay per week and they’ve done nothing to help me, no support like last time. Had to end the phone call because I was in tears and they didn’t even phone me back to check if I was ok. Well now you can swim for your money because I’m cancelling my card. Also charge 10x had the smallest room done in the house cost me £650.

Louise came out today to our home in spennymoor, Durham. She was very helpful and friendly and measured part of our garden for an artificial grass order to complete our garden project!! The grass sample was high quality and a great price too, and as an existing customer for 2 years now, I’ll definitely order again in future, I highly recommend her and everyone and the great products from pay per week!!

Awful experience — felt like dealing with loan sharks

The salesman I bought my daughter’s bed from was lovely and understanding. 5 stars for him.

Everything after that was a nightmare. I had questions about delivery and was made to feel stupid for asking. The customer service is shocking.

My first payment didn’t go through by mistake — bank issue. On that same day I got an aggressive, threatening phone call saying it would be classed as fraud. The tone was disgusting. Honestly felt like I was dealing with loan sharks or the mafia, not a furniture company.

I’m an RN on 12-hour shifts, so I couldn’t sort it immediately. When I finally got through to pay, the woman on the phone was unbelievably rude, sarcastic, and impatient. No empathy, no professionalism.

I’m grateful I can pay weekly for my daughter’s dream bed, but I cannot wait to pay this off and never deal with this company again. Avoid if you value basic respect.
