Pay Weekly Flooring is a UK-based flooring and home improvement specialist, supplying carpets, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), furniture, beds, sofas and blinds with flexible payment options available. We provide a simple and transparent way for customers across England and Wales to improve their homes without large upfront costs. Our payment plans are designed to be straightforward, offering no interest and no hidden fees, with flexible weekly, fortnightly or monthly options available. Our service includes home visits where measurements are taken and flooring options are discussed, helping customers choose the right product for their space. All flooring is cut and prepared specifically to each customer’s measurements, making every order bespoke and tailored to the property. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is confirmed, materials are prepared to specification. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, bespoke goods are non-refundable unless proven faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. **Fitting & Installation** Pay Weekly Flooring supplies flooring products; customers are completely free to arrange and use their own fitter. For customers who require assistance, we can help identify or recommend experienced, independent fitters operating within their local area. This is provided as an additional convenience to our customers. All fitters operate as independent, self-employed tradespeople and are not employees of Pay Weekly Flooring. Fitting services are separate from the supply of flooring and are arranged directly between the customer and the independent installer. Any fitting charges are paid directly to the fitter. While we are always happy to assist with coordination and communication where possible, Pay Weekly Flooring does not carry out the installation itself and cannot control an independent fitter’s availability, attendance, scheduling or workmanship. Responsibility for the fitting service and installation remains with the independent tradesperson providing that service. Our team is committed to providing a reliable and efficient service, from initial enquiry and quotation through to delivery and aftercare support. We aim to ensure clear communication throughout the process so customers know exactly what to expect. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

UPDATE: Pay Weekly Flooring replied below claiming my partner and I don't exist in their records and threatening us with legal action and the police for "fabricating allegations." I have now received the final ruling from my bank, Nationwide, who has officially and permanently won the chargeback dispute against PAYWEEKLYFLOORINGUK because the company failed to deliver 5 times. I have absolute, undeniable written proof of all five failed dates, our order reference number, and this successful bank ruling. I will gladly post screenshots of all this official proof directly onto their Facebook page for everyone to see.
To publicly lie and try to bully a customer with police threats when the bank has literally just clawed the money back from you is disgraceful. The bank has ruled in our favor and permanently returned my money. Do not let this company intimidate you!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - 5 Failed Attempts, Unlawful Behavior, and a Rip-Off Price Hike!

We have had the most appalling experience with Pay Weekly Flooring and am currently taking them to Trading Standards and my bank to recover my money. They did flooring for my living room two years ago with no issues, but their service has completely gone down the pan.
I paid a deposit followed by two monthly payments. They completely wasted my time by failing to fit my flooring four separate times due to rain, bringing the wrong flooring, a fitter emergency, and a fitter injury supposedly. After the last failed fitting date, I opted to just have the flooring delivered instead, only for the fitter to arrive with the incorrect flooring for a second time! Not to mention the fitter was rude and moody as hell!

Each time I called they would assure me it was the right flooring but never was. After the delivery attempt, I.called the office who them tried to charge an extra £800+ for the flooring is originally ordered. They refused a full refund saying they have done everything right which is not the case at all.

Would not recommend at all. Terrible service and rubbish customer service. Do not waste your time or money.

We have conducted a thorough review of our customer database and are extremely concerned to find that neither **Miss Nadine Olivacc** nor **Ryan Moore** appears anywhere within our records.

We can find no evidence of either individual having registered as a customer, placed an order, or had any dealings with our company under the names provided.

This raises serious concerns regarding the authenticity and credibility of the reviews submitted. We take false allegations and potentially misleading public statements about our business extremely seriously, particularly where they may cause reputational damage and financial loss.

We formally request that both individuals provide verifiable evidence of their dealings with our company.

**Should these reviews prove to contain deliberately fabricated allegations intended to damage our business, we reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal action and, where there is evidence of a potential criminal offence, refer the matter to the police for investigation.**

We consider this a serious matter and will not hesitate to take appropriate steps to protect our company's reputation against malicious or knowingly false allegations.

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. The fitters ( Cameroon and Bailey ) were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job fitting my flooring. They worked neatly and tidied everything up after themselves. I’m really pleased with the finished result and would definitely recommend them.

Had my laminate floor done today id highly recommend them, when I've phoned office they have been so helpful. Connor and his helper were the lovely chaps very polite when laying the flooring.
