If I could give them 000000 stars, I would. 1 is, unfortunately, the only option. I placed 2 orders online through one of the merchants that I just happen to buy from regularly and have for many, many years. Because of some personal things going on, the first time, they reshelved my order and canceled it. The second time, I called the next day and they said they only hold your card until pick up and then the card is charged so my first order was actually never even charged at all. (They have a 3 day period before company policy states it's to be canceled and reshelved, I wasn't aware of this at the time but it makes sense and is fair.)
I asked them to go ahead and cancel this second order because I wasn't certain I'd be able to have it picked up in time again and instead of waiting the 3 days, it would be better for them and for myself to just go ahead and cancel it and that would insure that the funds had had time to be credited back to my account I could use it with the account all cleared up. She assured me that my card hadn't been charged and wasn't sure how FOUR worked but that they didn't charge me. I have spent literally HOURS trying to get help with my FOUR account, which has yielded more headache, confusion and stress than I can even express. They have taken the money out of my bank account for the initial payments for both orders and I'm due for my second payments on both orders starting with the first in 2 days and I feel SCAMMED. This is also a time in my life where I have never been less financially secure and this is causing me a great deal of other problems because I simply don't have the money to "rob Peter to pay Paul" and my bank account with be in the negative within a couple of days and I have so many other bills that are a priority and necessity and I put faith in this company and used an account I've had for many years and never used because I needed the help and I carefully planned this so that I could make it work. Not only did it NOT help to purchase something I couldn't afford to otherwise, I got NOTHING and it has cost me enough after only 2 weeks that I am in a huge bind now so YES, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY EVEN FOR THINGS YOU DID NOT END UP BUYING OR GETTING AND IT IS INDEED A SCAM BC THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM IN WHICH TO GET A RESPONSE.

Thanks to FOUR, I have been afforded many things that I could not have without this payment option. Included in this is the ability to build my dream home. Building materials are higher than ever and with FOUR joining with such stores as Lowe’s Home Improvement, the building is moving forward as well as my credit score! I’m so very grateful that I found them and that they accepted me!

I have an order that I placed on Amazon for $217. Pay by Four charged me my first payment along with the second payment of the same amount on the same day when I go to my account on the app it shows that I have two orders of exactly the same amount from Amazon with the same due dates and same payment amounts they’re double billing me for the same exact order. I have sent numerous emails with copies of both of the invoices from their app plus one invoice from Amazon showing my original order and a copy of my bank charges showing that I’m having double amounts being billed to the Support email and nobody has responded back to Me. They are double billing me for the same order. It’s absurd that this company does not respond back to emails, and there is no way to contact a human being regarding a Support issue. I’m giving them one more week and then I am contacting my bank asking them to look into fraud being done against my account with this company. This is ridiculous. First of all I was not offered $400 worth of credit so how they can give me $434 (total between both orders being billed).

I wish I could give no stars at all. Not having an actual customer service phone number or actual live chat makes it extremely hard as a customer. I have sent 3 emails and 3 messages on chat and no response. I need to speak to someone about my order.

I absolutely love using Four to pay for my purchases! I have bought a lot of new stuff that I probably would not have been able to get without using Four. My credit is terrible but I'm doing great with Four and hopefully they will be reporting to the credit bureaus soon. If they did it would be extremely helpful for me! Either way I am very happy for the opportunity to use Four and I greatly appreciate them taking a chance on me even though I have bad credit.

This company is horrible , my order was cancelled and I have yet to get a refund I have contacted them countless times . Complete scam will be disputing with my bank .

Horrible customer service, or moreso a nonexistent one. Waiting on my refund and no one to contact. Overcharged my bank account and can’t even refund that. Only use this if you’re incredibly desperate, but even then I still wouldn’t recommend. Either this is a scam or an incredibly incompetent company. Or both.

Super Versatile Selection of Stores and High Spending Limit… Great Way to split up big purchases between paydays

I’ve been using Four for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it. The setup was super easy and quick. They gave me a spending limit based on my bank account activity, and I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops. So far, I haven’t had any issues — payments go through smoothly, and it helps me manage my purchases without stress. I definitely recommend it if you like the flexibility of buy now, pay later apps without the drama.

four is a great app, its saved me more than once, if theres a return, four takes care of it . the only tyhing is now they wont let me access to the popular stores unless i join four plus, which is 12.99 a month. i would guess most users of four are using the app due to low income, but now with four plus, i have to rethink my next steps

Four is great! They bill you in four equal installments… 25% down then the remaining 3 payments auto debit every 2 weeks from the date of purchase. They’re also really good about periodically upping your spend limit as long as you use the service responsibly and make on time payments. The only downfall is having to subscribe to “Four+” for $12.99/month to be able to use it at a majority of stores… they do have a free plan but there’s honestly really no stores to choose from on the free plan. Overall it’s an excellent service!

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. FOUR took money out of my account to pay for items I selected, but when I checked back, all of the items were still sitting in my cart as if I never completed the transaction. That makes absolutely no sense — how can my money be taken, but the order not go through?

What’s worse is that there is no real customer service support. There’s no one you can actually talk to for help or to get clarity. I’ve tried everything, and I’m getting nowhere. It honestly feels like I’ve been scammed.

I trusted this app to work properly and handle my payment securely. Now I’m left without my items, out of money, and without answers. I would strongly caution others to be careful using this platform until they fix this issue and improve their support system.

This place is a scam. I placed an order with Walmart they took the money out of my account. Walmart never received the order I called and they have nothing in the system regarding my name payment information or any orders. Can’t contact customer service as they give no options

What a peice of crap

I only problem I have with FOUR is that with certain retailers, you do not get a confirmation email from that particular retailer. For example, when ordering from Shapellx, FOUR takes their part but the retailer know nothing about your order. You do not get a confirmation order email from the retailer as well. Shapellx will redirect you back to FOUR. This really needs to be corrected it's annoying and frustrating. The next thing you know, your order from Shapellx is at your door. But you got no receipt or nothing. What if I need to return or exchange? The only retailer that sends confirmation emails, from my experience has been NIKE.

My order got canceled over seven months ago. I’ve been emailing them for 7 month but you getting no response
I filed serval claims, their denying the claims without a response to reason
The seller confirmed the order was canceled and refunded but four is not responding to any of my emails and have not yet refunded meabsolutely horrible customer service

Four has the worst customer service and they do not have good relationships for retailers. I put in an order to order something in the order did not go through the same day I put it in but the next two days for charge my account so my issue is, how are we charging people‘s accounts when the order did not go through do not use four until they get a customer service that you could talk to physically because the AI that they use does not help in the email service only is helpful unless you subscribe to the pay for plus to where you can get your answers and things done faster

Waiting for 6 days charged me for a order that was refunded and when I made a claim It was rejected idk what’s going on with customer service hard to reach
