Very disappointed! I tried to make a purchases at Walmart for groceries using the Four App. My money was debted from my account but I couldn’t use the card that was created to purchase. Then there is no way to chat online or over the phone to correct the problem. Now, I have to wait 3 days for someone to respond when I needed the groceries for my family today. Four, you need a better system.

I placed my order through four and purchased through rack room shoes I still have not received my order I purchased may 22nd 2025 I can’t reach customer service rack room can’t find the order with order number I was given I can’t track it either

I decided to use the four app for a Walmart purchase.I was charged by the four app.When I went to pick up my order,I was told I never had an order.I tried to get in contact with the Four customer service to get a refund.The chat bot offered useless solutions and the live agent was wildly off base with his solutions and failed to grasp the situation.I emailed support@paywithfour and no response.

No customer service request answered as of this post, not really sure how to feel. Some orders work, some are a payment to the merchant failure, even tho payment was already been withdrawn from my bank to them

I placed an order I have not received tracking or confirmation. I am trying to speak with someone, but I keep getting the same standard message.

The first couple of orders went through with no problems I placed another order they took my money but I have not received a confirmation from the vendor yet . and the way customer service is set up it’s horrible as a customer I should be able to reach you with a problem , if they could this customer service situation this would be one of the Best Buy now pay later app

This app is not great at all, especially when you need to reach out for customer service. You’re only going to be talking to a stupid AI chat representative that will not comprehend what you are asking or saying this app charged my debit card twice I suppose as a holding authorization fee, however there’s no need to charge a debit card twice so now I’m upside down in a limbo causing my bank account to be overdrafted. I don’t feel confident nor safe to shop with this online app I would recommend nobody to use this app because you will not be able to get in contact with anyone. I’ve sent over several emails. There’s no response. Your best bet is if this happens to you, you will need to contact your bank after the transaction has posted and have them to dispute the charge And delete this app for good.

I have had great experience with four. The app is easy to manage and payments are very affordable and help buy items and pay a few payments. I would recommend to anyone.

No customer service. The phone number doesn’t work anymore. Message feature on app doesn’t work. Only way to contact them is through email. I started trying to get one simple issue resolved on April 30th. Have gotten no help resolving the issue and for the last two weeks they have decided to just completely ignore any emails I send asking for help

Accurate order details and understanding the process of ordering online from a store.

I love using the app and for the most part find everything I need on the app. I have made suggestions for additional stores and I hope I will see them added in the not so distant future. I feel like FOUR is reasonable with their payment timelines; however, I would appreciate a payment move date (with a fee attached) for those times when the payment falls a day or so before a payday.

I really appreciate, and love using Four! It has been a lifesaver! It helps me buy the things I really need and want! Tysm for everything! I've never missed a payment, and I'll always use this app 🥰

I love four I have been using them for a couple of years and I have not had a problem whatsoever. I pay my payments right on time and they keep raising my balance nothing negative to say whatsoever. I think it’s an awesome awesome deal.

The apps been good so far ..some people had bad things happen but so far it been smooth sailing ..I ordered on Amazon a few good items and got them and no problem yet but until crap hits the fan it,ll keep using it...but I do my homework before I order anything ..

SCAM & FRAUD they will take your money and they card they give you to purchase with will not work it is not activated. They have no customer service to speak to only a robot computer. I have emailed them multiple times and have not gotten a response. Save yourself the time and trouble.

Recently placed an order through a retailer only to find out that order was cancelled . Called the retailer customer service and they said it was because my bank (the card FOUR gave me) had to approve it ?
Do not use this company. My first time using and now I have to go through the tedious process of getting my money back

They fraudulently claim that you’re approved for a credit limit and then once you click on a store, they give you a tiny credit limit and then they charge you $12.99 monthly, exploiting you if you want to use the tiny amount on any popular stores. And to top it off, you can have on-time payments with them for a year, but if you don’t use your credit with them, you lose it, and the approved amount shrinks. And the fraudulent amount that they said originally stays on the home screen even though you cannot use it
it’s called false advertising, and you should be held accountable for breaking guidelines when it comes to selling. Just saying.

Complete scam, no customer service support at all. Responds to 0 emails. No actual live agent to speak to.

Better than any other pay later app !
