This is the first time in my life I’ve had to pay to use a public gym and I’m very glad I choose PB gym in Teignmouth. I’ve been training for 40 years and this gym has everything you need. The place is absolutely spotless! It has a very good vibe around the place and is very welcoming. The owners should be very proud of the place. Can’t recommend enough

Highly recommend PB fitness academy, I’ve been working with Beth for 7 months , working through my personalised program which has consisted of phases backed up by evidence based research and has worked incredibly well ! , I’m over 20KG down and have gained muscle, confidence and completely transformed my body and mindset. Beth has provided in-depth feedback each week during check ins which have not only kept me on track and motivated but have educated me on nutrition, muscle gain and fat loss. I have a personalised nutrition plan based off foods i enjoy that is adapted for me according to my goals , this has allowed me to remain consistent. Beth is an incredible coach and has a kind approach and I intend on continuing to work with Beth for these reasons! . Beth has been available for any questions and I have been sent videos with correct form for exercises when I have struggled. Highly recommend !

They sold a service to me that sounded wonderful and full of promises however, they did not provide me with a personalized pt service and didn’t keep to their promises. They got my money and they didn’t care about providing a service to me.

Really enjoying my time with pb academy, explain my goals and what I needed and they got straight to work, in just a few short weeks I felt the difference and am I really looking forward to the next steps to get me to where I need to be. Couldn’t be more greatfull for such a good team :)

Having only worked with Llew for just short of a month now. I can’t fault the service at all. Any queries/worries I have are answered by Llew the same day. Any issues I have with my diet/training plan he is sure to put time in to customise it to my liking. As for the results, I can not speak on it yet as I am not that far in but so far it’s looking really positive. Thankyou!

I signed up for PB academy in February. From my consultation with Llew to working with Beth, the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable.

My plan was tailored to me from food and exercise. If there was anything I was unsure of/not keen on there were no issues in alterations. Beth is a fantastic coach and has excellent knowledge and experience that she passes onto clients. I suffer with PCOS and Beth has been a great help with advice and encouragement. I lost a total of 13kg working with Beth and become a lot more confident and happy in my own skin. I've also kept the weight off as the plan you follow gives you a different outlook on your lifestyle and mine has definitely changed for the better! Nutrition is often looked at as being strict and limited but this was the best process I've followed and stuck to. I would highly recommend joining, you won't regret it! Check ins are done weekly to keep you accountable and communication/support is excellent 👌.

I’m currently on month one and I have to say the service here is phenomenal, from before I started, with their understanding about my situation, to 3 weeks in and I’m more motivated than I’ve ever been to reach my goals. The transformation I’ve seen within 3 weeks is incredible. If you have any questions, they are quick to answer and if anything sudden happens during the week on any day, they will plan around it for you. Really happy after the first 3 weeks and can’t wait to see what the next 3 months will look like. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with PB so far. They’re doing groundbreaking things for the industry going above and beyond what’s required of your typical PT. Laying the foundations for you to continue progressing in your health and image
long after your business with them using their educational portal. Not to mention the excellent range of equipment they have to offer. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of making the leap.

After seeing all of the amazing results PB have achieved it was a no-brainer to work with them. So far the service has been excellent I cannot fault anything. If you are on the fence about joining do not hesitate you won’t be sorry!

Professional PT coaching, highly recommend! By far the best experience since joining PB Academy. Currently on week 8 and lost a massive amount of weight. Coaches are always on hand to answer any questions and provide top class tips to help better yourself in many ways. PB Academy has given me the confidence and knowledge to get back in the gym, and I’m looking forward to many more weeks / months with them.

I have trained and monitored my eating for years, but felt the last few years iv not really got the results iv wanted. So I reached out the Llew and his team mostly so I could better my knowledge and understanding, and I'm so glad I did!!

I'm currently around 7 weeks in and seeing not only a difference in the scale weight but my body, and most importantly my confidence. Iv got such a better knowledge of food and training, not having to kill myself in the gym doing cardio to feel I'm getting results. I'm getting them and it feels so much easier with this lifestyle change! I have a healthier relationship with food and eating more then I ever have 😂. Most importantly for me in the confidence, having body dysmophia I would look at my body every day and most days hate it, pick out all the bad stuff and feel bad I'm not losing weight. Now I look at myself and think, yessss, your making progress, your looking tighter. I pick out the things I like and see them, not the bits I don't. (Good advice from Llew in the beginning lol)

Overall I'm so happy I started this programme, Llew and Beth have been so approachable and knowledgeable from the start, giving me the right tools and always being available when I need them. Making the right adjustments to my plan each week, and listening to how I'm feeling when making these adjustments. I'm just so excited to see the end results ☺️☺️

Only recently joined PB academy but have been training at the gym for a few years. Decided to start working with Llew as I wanted to really see what is possible when you outsource your training and nutrition to an expert. So far the service has been incredible, from the initial consult to the implementation of the diet, training plan and everything Llew does behind the scenes.
