I suffer from painful knees and don’t like to rely all the time on traditional painkillers so when I saw this product I thought I would give it a try and although I was initially quite sceptical that it would work I was very pleasantly surprised. The balm smells nice absorbs into the skin well and has an immediate soothing and relaxing effect. I’m sure I slept better and the pain was reduced. It is quite expensive but a little goes a long way and because it is made from all natural ingredients I have no worries about using it long term or possible side effects which can occur from using NSAIDS and regular painkillers.

I used the rub on my neck and lower back which both get tight during PMS after the first application that absorbed so easily into my skin with a cooling feel my muscles started to relax within minutes.

Only been using for a few days. I do feel it’s helping. Suffer with stiff and sore muscles due to difficulty because of arthritis in my back. Will continue to use. Quite expensive for the size but hopefully it’ll be worth it.
