DISSOLVED being the important word here! I have had little contact with the company however it appears to be rather dubious!

Do not use PCP Claim Services. They say you can check for free if you have a claim, next thing you know, you've entered the claims process with them. The solicitors that they are engaged with can potentially receive up to 36%, of the total amount received if successful. No doubt the company gets some financial returns for setting this up. Extremely difficult to cancel. I have sent multiple emails to the company and the relevant solicitors requesting cancellation.

OMG I receive 2-3 phone calls from these every day keep blocking the number but comes from a different location, I have told them to leave me alone delete my records from files but they still keep calling.
I haven't used them and really do they think I will with the constant bombardment of calls I'm getting.

PCP.refundo continue to send me 20 emails per day even though I have never used them and now never will. This is harassment

in order to do a search to si if I have a claim you are requested to give all you personal data including Date of Birth and address / contact number and even though I know I have a few claims they have stated that I already have a claim ongoing at the moment ? Never contacted this company before or even did a search to make any claim, Feels like a scam to me

Bombard people with advertisements for their services which are littered with spurious and fictional statements.
The Supreme Court is still to decide on this issue and the likelihood is that any potential payouts (if any) will be far smaller than they advertise.
This is just a con to try and get 30% in fees out of unsuspecting clients - Avoid!

They are saying Black Horse needs a verified copy of my passport.
Black Horse gave me a £24,000 car loan. They know full well who I am!

Having seen one of their adverts on Instagram, I was some what confused. So I decided to send them an email of complaint. I used the address they give on their website for complaints.

Surprise surprise, as Cill use to say, but my complaint email bounced straight back to me.

The following is what I was asking them to explain.

Can you explain why you are advertising, (in relation to car finance refund) why you have stated in your Instagram advertising:
"Our highest payout to date is £10,446.46"

As we understand and what appears to be stated on your website, this matter will not be determined until 2026. Therefore any payout to consumers may not start until 2027.

Reviews seem like a scam to me, not saying it is ,no really happy customers, but I'm fed up with you trying to make money out of other scams in culture, are you really a solicitors firm ? Nothing better to try and make money from ?? Do your job , !!!!!

Feeling harassed by this company. They are incessantly emailing, texting and calling, despite me informing them several times that I do not wish to proceed with them.

They are a scam which keep on disturbing and sending emails daily however much you try to delete they have auto scam emails. I wish I could get their contact number .I am really fed up of their stupid emails sent to my email daily .could you stop I don't need anything from you look for somewhere else to make your money. Get off am fed up
