Excellent service from a very knowledgeable man who described each step that he was going to do to remove the rats, in a humane manner. He showed me where the rats were getting in and out of the property and how they had entered the property and got into our attic

In our case it was rats and literally nothing was too much for Gareth to find a way to not only eliminate the current issue but also in ensuring that the access to the property was stopped. Hello wasps nest in the back garden phoned the company they came out immediately and dealt with the issue very professionally.

Very professional, friendly and considerate of my home and also the poor squirrel that managed to get itself stuck in my lounge. (Fortunately the squirrel managed to leave via an open window). Gareth was very clear on comms, times that he would visit and very thorough to ascertain how the squirrel got in (to avoid another visit ) and make sure the squirrel had actually left my house.

Excellent service

Living on my own ( apart from the unwelcome rats) I felt quite vulnerable when I had to ‘find’ a Pest Controller to deal with the unwelcome guests! But I found Gareth. He was just the person I wanted. He was calm, reassuring, tidy, methodical, thorough and honest in his approach. It was not straightforward catching the rats as they ran around ‘unusual’ cavities in my home, but Gareth worked like a Detective until the rats were located and dealt with.
I surprisingly found the whole exercise quite fascinating actually and when asked, he explained and showed me clues and evidence of the rats’ movements!
I would happily and confidently recommend Gareth to carry out this tricky work.
