Hi everyone, I would like to explain my terrible experience with this company. I'm currently going through a legal process against them as they are scam. They breached the verbal agreement which was also documented in the correspondence. Once I was onboarded me, I received very dissapointing statements which raised a lot of red flag. I paid a lot of money at front and then I also realised that they are not specialists at SEO, LEAD GENERATION or SALES and do not know anything anything regarding SEO, LEAD GENERATION or SALES methodologies. Their SEO, LEAD GENERATION and SALES skillset and experience are extremely poor. The resources are not trainned in SEO, LEAD GENERATION or SALES strategies/methods. They bombarded me with unwanted and time-consuming tasks from day 1. They wasted my time and money.
I went through a huge stress levels while contemplating their poor performance and my time was completely wasted. They did not deliver anything. They did not provide any value added but all the opposite. They created more work for me to do for them instead.
I am currently going through a legal process to recover my money back and my solicitors are contemplating new claims for Personal Injury and damages.
They have not returned my money back yet even though the court has already wrote to them. They claimed that they had no a "refund policy" as an excuse for not returning money back due to failure to adhere to an agreement and failure to perform. They did not even seem to care about their reputation. They have also been reported to the Trading Standards and other governamental bodies (this was advised by my solicitors). I've read the "bad" reviews on them - There is one that explains how they have built their "good" reviews with family and friends and also there are reviews explaining their bad experience with them - I fully felt identified with these bad reviews.
Once I paid all at front I went into a trap.. and then I started to notice that they were scam from the moment I have an onboarding form to fill in.. I got some statements where I needed to agree on.. These statements are related to their failure to perform or provide results ... and my unrefundable commitment to stay long term to say any results from them. Once I got fully involved with their daily tasks (time consuming activities leading to no results) I got into a nightmare. I am going through a legal process and am going to get my money back. Their actions have costed me damages already and they are well aware of this.
My solicitor is currently contemplating further legal actions against them for damages they have caused.

Unfortunately, I worked with PL and paid for 8 months of SEO service and marketing. They delivered nothing of value and I spent a fortune. No new subscribers, no relevant sales leads, and blogs that were poorly written were put on spammy websites. The website they updated is worse than before and complicated to edit. It is not what I wanted. They come across as being professional and authentic but sadly they are just wanting your money. Don’t be fooled by Deepak, the CEO he will get you on board and then shuffle you off to the junior staff who are still learning on the job. As CEO he gave me his word that we would get results if I kept paying but at the end of the day, his word meant nothing. It was very stressful and I lost a lot of money. I have since spoken to an SEO company that said they have not been honest with me from the start and I should have had a return for my money from month one, especially at the level they charge each month. Do the research and find a professional company that will not string you along.
