My experience interning with PL has been great. Of course, there are some bumpy times- just like any other work out there. I love the team spirit here, everyone is willing to help. Plus, there are a lot of training and courses about marketing, SEO, and communications that I have found really helpful, even in my daily life activities. If you would like to work with PL, I highly recommend that you do not waste any second.

I have been with the team for 8 months now and I can absolutely say that I am one of the luckiest to be given a chance to be part of a diverse and amazing team. Pearl Lemon's business is growing and so is our team!

As a person who does not have any work experience at all, I am so happy to be part of this company. The owner and the employees here do not have such superiority and they will always treat and talk to you with positivity, especially the owner. They also make sure that everyone can voice out their opinions during meetings.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I feel it's my responsibility to do so in this case. I came across Pearl Lemon when I was looking for Etsy SEO specialists.

PL have a good website with a very easy access and clear steps how to book an initial phone call to learn more about their services.

On that phone call, their representative did their best job to make sure they secure us as a customer and it all sounded very promising.

Then nothing happened for 2 months. We got assigned to one of the most unprofessional people I have ever done business with and all we heard from them was just excuses and 0 work. After two months of begging to receive what we paid for, they finally assigned one of their management staff to help with our account.

Lydia is the only reason why my review is not less than two stars as otherwise I would give the whole experience -2 stars if that was possible.

When Lydia took over our account, we realised that what we were promised, was not covered in what we paid for. In essence, the initial phone call was full of fake promises to get us to pay and then they denied that we paid for those services. I had to dig the old emails and send them as evidence that that's what promised and only then Lydia decided to go ahead and fulfil those services.

In the meantime, their sales team kept calling us during those two months to leave them 5 star reviews and good testimonials as well as to pay more money for their subscription programme.

The work we received from Lydia, is below average which is to be expected when someone does 2 months' work in one night. The work we received is unusable and it had the exact opposite effect of helping our performance on Etsy. Now I am dealing with a broken Etsy shop and rebuilding our listings one by one.

To top it all off, Deepak, their CEO kept calling for days to convince us to pay more money after all that. Not only he had the audacity to ask that but he also quoted new prices, 3x times more expensive than the original prices due to "higher costs" for their team.

I would avoid that company at all costs. Don't trust the ambulance of good reviews either as they are filtering out the bad reviews anyway.

The guy that runs his company Deepak is a shameless, Self promoting con artist who sells courses on how to earn £20,000 a month from Lead generation where he advocates getting friends and family to leave fake positive reviews as no doubt you will see from below. I’m amazed he hasn’t been exposed yet but I’m sure it’s only a matter of time.

Extremely dishonest recruitment policy. I applied for a Content Editor position posted on LinkedIn in January 2022 and it was only after I'd been contacted to fill in a further application form and send in a video introducing myself that I learned that what I was actually applying for was a low-paid internship scheme. They tout the scheme as the most amazing, wonderful experience, but the pay is terrible - a couple of hundred dollars a month - and you're not even guaranteed a job after a year of it. This explains why Pearl Lemon has grown so fast over the past few years. They use willing low-paid labour for a year and then get a new bunch of willing low-paid interns in the next time. It's no surprise that they have so many good reviews on here - marketing is their thing. Avoid.

Pearl Lemon has a very healthy work environment with super helpful and enthusiastic people. You can learn more in less amount of time, how to make use of time effectively & get to learn lot more.

Pear Lemon definitely has an unconventional method of hiring and applying, but I think that it really works. It has been a great experience so far going through the trial phases and they have made me more excited to get involved and really shine. No matter what happens in the future, I will always be grateful for this chance and experience. The team is really kind and positive and extremely diverse. I haven't worked with everyone, but the ones that I have are amazing. I truly recommend the company for a job position.

Found a copywriting job in Indeed. Turns out to be basically an unpaid internship (circa 2,000 per year) not mentioned in their job advert. A complete waste of time. Avoid.
