Pearlwax is a great company - always efficient at delivery but more importantly the product is amazing and I’ve saved so much money using them!!££££

product arrived on time however it was broke. We have been waiting for months for a refund. we paid postage to return it and still no refund. false promises. would not recommend this company at all.

They are LIAR

They keep saying they shipped my item but they didn't, it's saying it's not shipped on their OWN website

I keep trying to cancel my order, but they send the same email saying it has shipped so I can't, pretty sure they just don't want you to cancel so they lie

Took weeks for my order to arrive, and when it did arrive, the product looks second hand. It doesn’t even turn on and is battered and scratched. I’ve emailed twice regarding it with photos as evidence and not had a reply. What a waste of money!

The product is good and so handy to have at home. Easy to use and clean.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE FROM THE UK. This company is LITERALLY designed to take your money. Asked for my items multiple times and received an email saying I had received them, fkn liars. So I made a fake email and said that I hadn’t received my items AND THEY EMAILED BACK AGAIN SAYING I HAD RECEIVED THEM. Thieves. God knows why they are a PROMOTED AD on Google. Will be reporting this company. DO NOT BUY! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Im very on the fence with this product.
Firstly it did take atleast 3 weeks to arrive with no reply to my email regarding delivery, but it did arrive eventually so thats fine.
Then secondly i dont know if im doing something wrong but it doesnt seem to work great? I dont know if its the quality of the wax it even if you get better quality wax but i just cant get it to remove more than a couple hairs at a time.
It seems like a good kit im just really unsure but it could just be me.

I ordered from on wax uk through Facebook. This sounds like the same people, placed my order months ago and have never received it. A total scam. Have messaged a few times asking for my money back and keep getting an automated email 😔

if i could rate 0 i would. i placed an order around 2 months ago and never got it. i asked for my order to be cancelled and for a refund and they said i’d receive one within 3-10 working days (i don’t really understand why as i never got the product and they’re just holding onto my money) anyway i waited and waited and now it’s been 15 days.. still no refund. over the past couple of days i have sent 4 emails to which none have been responded to. they claim on their website -‘ Contact us through our customer service, where a friendly soul is always available at the keyboard to help with a solution to your problem’. well clearly not! i am extremely frustrated with this and would not reccomend them at all. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!

The order arrived at the estimated date. When using it for the first time, I found the instructions to be really useful - gotta say my underarms feel really soft.

The wax is amazing! I will never be using any other wax! The pain is minimal and application is so smooth and easy! Would really recommend!!

If I could rate this company less than 1 star I would I ordered before Christmas and they have held onto my money, no word back from customer service despite numerous attempts to contact and still no parcel convinced this company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Wouldn't even give them a star. The same like the last 2 comments before me. Ordered and after more than 4 weeks of waiting for a product that never arrived i requested to have my money refunded. Customers service Sara didn't even bother to apologise and just said to expect my refund between 3-10 business days. What era you doing with our money Pearlwax is my question ? Safe guarding it for 1 month and then agreeing to give it back when the customer complaints ! Don't even bother to order from them if you live in UK as the same can happen to you !!!

Excuse after excuse about delivery when I asked if I could have tracking they said they don’t have one as they have not sent item after almost 6 weeks! I have now cancelled my order and awaiting refund.

Took my money and didn’t even ship my products! Tracking email said it had been delivered to someone in Denmark. I live in UK but alright. Terrible customer service, don’t respond to emails, fairly sure most of it is automated. It’s a scam don’t waste your money!

My product came very quick and it was so easy to use with simple instructions! Recommended to a friend

Due to delivery issues, i wasn’t able to receive my waxing kit, but customer services were very helpful!

The wax was easy to work with. almost all hair came with it at once. The heat is easy to set so that you cannot get burns. the heat also makes it less painful.

First time i have ever used wax. This product is soooooo easy to use and not that painful. Highly recommend.

I love Pearl wax! 💖 I wouldn’t use another product, the spatulas come in various sizes too which is handy.
There was an issue with shipping due to brexit and the border in my country but this was so well communicated by Peal Wax and they kept me updated on the progress of my shipment. Will use again x
