It actually works. First time doing wax at home was really messy. The rose pearl is so good it worked without pain in my arms and legs. If you know how to wax it's for u. Very useful for at home especially on lockdown

The heater for the wax is easy to use! The application method is simple enough and I am very happy with the results.

I couldn’t tell you anything about this wax because I still haven’t received it and I ordered it in the beginning of November. I can’t get any customer service representatives to reply to my emails, either.
I’m very frustrated. Customer service is terrible and I will not purchase again.

Great Little Product!

Very good home waxing kit. Never tried it before and had a lot of fun with it was great. Like how you can recycle unused wax to reuse. I only wish there was more in the way of instructions on how to clean the device with wax when you’re done. Otherwise it was brilliant!

Really pleased with pearlwax, the wax heats up really quickly. It was my first time using a wax pot and what I have learnt is to leave it to thicken up a little before applying to the crack area as this helps with pulling it off in one go. Would definitely recommend this product. Looking forward to using it again.

Great customer service, fantastic product which does take a bit of getting used to if you are a novice but once you have the hang of it, great. Highly recommend and if they have another good deal I will be buying the kit for a couple of presents.

Very good products and easy to use.Only the delivery was a little late but i guess its because of the situation with corona virus.The company answer to my emails fast and they was very helpfull with the tracking of my parcel.

I recently ordered from Pearlwax. I am happy with my order delivery took a while but due to current situation I don’t think this can be helped. All in all a good experience ordering with them.

Very good product, very easy to use. Works really well. Not painless, but not as painful as other waxing products. You need to warm it well than put the heater on medium so it doesnt hurt to touch and then apply.

It took a bag and a half to be able to do both of my legs so I think that's quite a lot of wax, you also need to work in small areas for it to be effective (maybe 2 x 4 inches as an approximation) but it was fairly easy to get to grips with.

Pain free on the legs but definitely not on the face!

Confused as to why there are so much good reviews. No dispatch or delivery email but some how it has been attempted by an unknown delivery company when they state Royal Mail delivers. Not yet received, hard to track. Fraudy people I believe. Needed this delivery before Christmas

I placed an order on 1 December and have had only one email from a Swedish delivery company , telling me my parcel is undeliverable. I have emailed Pearlwax again and again with no reply. I held in the phone to the delivery company (in Sweden!) for 20 minutes and no one answered. It is hard to equate my experience of Pearlwax with all the other reviews. I css as n now only assume I will have to pursue this legally.

Quick delivery! The kit was worth every penny, does a fantastic job. Felt little to no pain at all whilst using. Would highly recommend.

Order got lost had to chase up few times it's been almost 4 weeks since I placed the order. Hard to find customer service number awaiting a refund still.
