Where to start. I honestly had an incredible experience with this team. Right from the beginning I got a call about the job I was interested in and it was a completely smooth process. Pre interview, I had a call about how the interview was going to look and what to expect and it made me so well prepared for the interview. In my experience a helpful, friendly and highly effective team. Far superior to other companies with regards to communication and support, others don’t contact you when they say will call or don’t reply to messages but I didn’t find this the case with Pear Tree. Jo and Glen who helped me were both available when needed and happy to assist with both applications and prep for interviews. Would be very happy to go back to them if needed in the future.
