I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company!
I waited several weeks for the products to turn up and when I received them they were too small, although I had ordered the correct size. The jumpers were not as appeared in the advertisement and I could barely get them over my head. When I did manage to, they were too tight.
I emailed customer service (Claire!) and was told that to return them would be very expensive.
I was given 3 options, the one I went for in the end was a refund of 20% of the purchase price and I could keep the items.
Well, I think about a month has gone by and I haven't received a penny, despite being assured that the refund had been made back to my payment method on immediate receipt of my agreement.
Please don't buy anything from this company, they are a load of sharks!

Truly awful company. Ordered two different dresses from the website - received two of exactly the same thing. Quality wasn’t good, fit wasn’t good and the most frustrating thing is how hard they make it to return anything? And try and make you feel bad for creating a higher carbon footprint when they insist on returns going to china! I sent my items back maybe 3 months ago and still waiting on my refund. Apparently the package is still stuck in customs? Would never order from them again no matter how good the AI pics are!

This is a scam, shoddy goods sent from China. It took so long to arrive I had given up. They are not based in London, impossible to return without high cost postage.

I loved tbe jacket but sizes are very misleading. Had I known I would have to pay for returns I would not have ordered the item. It also took a long time to arrive. Will not be buying from this company again, disappointing.

Arrived in a tiny bag when opened found what I can only describe as a crumpled up rag, this was supposed to be my jacket I ordered which in no way resembled it, returns policy a joke, you can have a partial credit to pick something else, no thanks, you can rerun and pay the shipping costs as incidentally they do not ship from uk it's based abroad this would cost you practically as much as the cost of the jacket, or you can have a 30% partial refund !!!! So let's work this out, they advertise as if they are a London based company, their warehouse is based abroad, any returns we need to pay for which outweigh the cost of the goods.

I feel I have been scammed severely, I checked the reviews and lo and behold over 67 unsatisfied customers on Trust Pilot, I could have written the reviews myself as they mirrored my experience exactly.

I've been scammed, and they have their policies and terms and conditions well worked out and hidden in the background.

I won't be claiming my partial discount, I'm hoping trading standards catch up with this Company, at least when you purchase from Shein, or even Temu you know what to expect and the prices charged are reflected in the quality of the goods. It's going in the bin.

Avoid this company if you get the chance before purchasing from them or you will end up out of pocket like me!!

Fake company, scammed, not based in the UK, goods from China and such poor quality very shoddy and sizing way out. Wanted to return but customer has to pay postage costs to China which was quoted as £30+ for a £25 pair of shorts so not worth it.
Stay away, doing this should be illegal but as not a limited company they can use any name they like and any pictures they like to make it look as if they are trading from the UK. So wish I had read reviews before I ordered, I feel completely conned and wasted my money.

Do not buy anything from this company. It's a scam ! Waited 2-3 weeks for delivery of jacket. Nothing like the picture advertising it. Ordered size 16 received size 10/12 rubbish quality. When I tried to return said jacket it was going to cost £30-50 ! All I received from Bennett & Stone was £13 as a goodwill gesture. Be warned - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy anything from this company.
Expensive items which are Poor quality and do not fit.
Returns are difficult as they need to be shipped to the Asian warehouse, which costs £30-50!

Awful material, shoddy workmanship.

Easy to order nice product just issues with delivery took three weeks!

The company are obviously not a London based company, as like lots of other reviews, my parcel was 'on it's way' for 3 or 4 weeks. When it came it looked nothing like the photo I'd seen and ordered, the cardigan was a cheap looking thing with printed flowers, a typical 'Temu/Shein' type garment. Also their 'full money back guarantee' is nonsense. Only get your money if you pay to send it back to China or where ever it had come from. I managed to get a 20% refund and the cardigan will go to a charity shop. I am cross with myself for not checking Trustpilot before ordering, as if I had seen all the reviews I certainly wouldn't have ordered from this 'scam' company. I can't actually believe they actually sent me an email asking for a review!

Had I realised that the item would be dispatched from Asia I would not have touched it with a barge pole. It took weeks to get here. The turtleneck sweater was a poor quality and the head opening so small that there was no way one could get it over one's head. The sizings are for Asia and not Europe or the States. I then went to return it. It is so complicated and with provisos that mean that one has to pay for the postage to Asia. They have no idea from the order number of the type of garment involved. They want photos (in the plural) of the garment £ 39.95 down the drain.... I would never buy anything from them again.

Absolutely disgusting never buy from this company. I ordered a crew neck sweater with embroidered animals on it from Bennett and Stone London, which I thought was a shop in London. I received a polyester nylon sweatshirt with a polo neck - no stretch material it’s rubbish. I tried to contact them to return for a refund and their link takes me to Susan and Ashley Montreal who say they can’t trace any order therefore cannot refund. On further investigation it’s a scam there is no legitimate company it appears they are Chinese scammers. I thought I was quite internet savvy but will never purchase like this again rather throw my money on a bonfire.

The sizing was way out, the label said large, more an 8to10, quality very poor. Not at all like the one on line. Way too expensive.

Claim to be a high end shop in London. They are not! They use a distribution centre in London but are selling polyester crap from china. Images look amazing and knitted but when the jumper arrives , let’s just say you are likely to get a shock and not just a static shock ⚡️ 🤦‍♀️

Do not shop at Bennet and Stone absolute garbage and the returns policy is a shame it will cost you even more money. Be warned Bennet Stone are a deceitful company . Philip Kime

Product did not match description. Sizing was wrong. Colour not as shown. Refund refused. I had to accept only 30% for a jumper ( called oversize poncho) that was tight. No labels. No washing instructions and unable to return unless I paid more for postage then I spent on item!

If i could give 0 stars I would. I had read 'reviews' on Bennet & Stone London website and they sound good. The reality is quite different! I ordered what appeared on their website as a quality Knitted jumper. I waited weeks of delays and when it finally arrived it was a cheap flimsy/plastic Polyester piece of rubbish. I intended to return it but when I wrote to the co-founder of B&S London it turned out they are actually based in CHINA and I was advised the cost of returning my purchase would be between £30-50. I wasted £40 that i really needed and it makes me very angry the Chinese can cheat us by pretending to be a London-based company. How can they continue to cheat and get away with this? Especially when Trustpilot reviews are soo different.
I asked for a full refund but, after several emails, their final offer was (as a gesture of goodwill! #!!) 30%. Not acceptable.

Ordered item and took money straight away. Took over 2 weeks to come. Tried to cancel earlier on but was told it was too late. When item arrived I tried to return and was told as its international I would have to pay £30 to £40 . Not happy at all and will not be using again
