Tarjeta de bit2me que corre con pecunpay.
1 de cada 5 veces deniega el pago.
Sin explicación alguna, habiendo fondos.

Red flag #1: the blocking email landed in my spam folder with Google’s red “unencrypted message” warning — very unprofessional for a financial institution.

I supplied EVERY document on their checklist and much more: invoices, bank statements, full ID verification, proof of income – practically my entire financial history. I re-sent the files several times and kept asking for an update over the course of months.

Result: total silence. No reply, no account unlock, no transfer to my alternative bank account.

I know they normally reply promptly to other users when the issue is not about getting money back, yet they are deliberately ignoring me. This selective treatment is unacceptable. It is a blatant breach of EU law (PSD2 and the Spanish AML Act), and the company has already been fined for previous compliance failures.

I will keep escalating the case to the Bank of Spain, consumer organisations and the courts until justice is served and my funds are released.

Dopo un anno il mio avvocato con ricorso presentato alla Banca di Spagna é riuscito a farmi riavere i miei Euro presenti sul conto. Si sono IMPOSSESSATi dei miei fondi per un anno senza nessun motivo.
Sconsiglio aperture conti Pecunia Pay o Bitsa card.

Son el peor servicio de atención al cliente y la peor empresa de tarjetas regalo… varios correos y una llamada para decirme que la tarjeta se pierde por caducidad???
Esta empresa NO funciona, ineptitud e ineficacia total!

Never open an account with this bank, it's not even a bank, they are not responsible for your money. Pecunia blocked $10,000, they didn't even send me an email about it! As if it was their money and not mine, these people should be in jail! Now me and my kids can't eat because we have $150 left for the whole month! And this organisation won't even reply to me! THIEVES!

Estafadores! Hay que denunciarlos, intentaron robarle 200€ a mi madre. Por suerte tengo sus datos en mi móvil y logré cancelar el dinero. Ladrones!

PECUNPAY et Bitsa sont collaborateurs en matière de vole , car ils attendent jusqu’à ce que vous receviez 500 euro ou plus pour clôturer votre compte et rassurez vous ils ne vous rendront jamais votre argent j’en fait les frais malgré toutes les documentations envoyés ils disent qu’ils signaleront mon cas aux autorités compétentes et depuis lors plus de réponse 1100€ , pour une banque sérieuse en pareille circonstances soit elle retourne l’argent à l’expéditeur ou le crédite sur le compte du client . Empresa fraudulenta, juegan con vacios legales para quedarse con el dinero de sus usuarios. Tomar acciones legales es tardado y en algunas ocasiones muy costoso, por lo cual no les importa robar personas, saben que no afrontaran ninguna consencuencia.

Esta "empresa" es la responsable de emitir las tarjetas de la app llamada "Bitsa", luego de 2 años de uso sin problema, congelaron mi transferencia que estaba recibiendo, se niegan a regresar los fondos al lugar de origen ni en darme acceso a los fondos, han dejado de responder los correos.

Tienen mi dinero bloqueado más de una semana supuestamente por intento de blanqueo de capitales.
Justifico y alegó cual es mi profesión, mis declaraciones de renta, mis datos retributivos, DNI y demás... Y más de una semana para verificar.... Y esperando....

No contestan a los correos.

Está empresa son unos estafadores, yo solicite un préstamo y he tenido que desembolsar un montón de dinero y cuando les digo que me lo devuelvan, me vuelven a pedir dinero para realizar la transferencia. Yo los voy a denunciar a la policía y al banco de España

Bad people
They hold my money and block my account for no reason and I send them mail for the required documents but still they never answer after 2 weeks now but I’m going to court with them because they are cheating people for no reason but my money is a clean money so I will fight with them to the end and they will lose the case because I have all my registered documents and transaction ID of the trafer to the Bistacard account.
So please people be careful with this people they are not real to there customers so is like they are cheating bank that cheat people money because they never reply to mails or calls if they see your number calling they rejected it so my advice let all of you file the case to police and make a court with them let them pay all the charges and expenses of there act because all of you will win the case I’m on my case with and they will see how much they will pay for there cheating act.

Recibí un reembolso en una tarjeta Visa expedida por Bnext y cuyo proveedor de dinero electrónico era Pecunpay. Esta tarjeta fue cancelada antes de que se produjese el citado reembolso. Aún así, el comercio que realizó el reembolso me facilitó todos los datos (la fecha de reembolso, el importe, el ARN), es decir, todos los datos más que suficientes para localizarlo y que Pecunpay o Bnext me lo reintegrasen. Esto fue en 2023. A día de hoy ni Bnext ni Pecunpay me han devuelto mi dinero. Ya he interpuesto una reclamación en el Banco de España contra ambas y si sigue sin solucionarse reclamaré por vía judicial porque entiendo que se trata de una apropiación indebida de mi dinero.

Esta empresa esta encabezada por un individuo que se llama Alonso Garcia Jonathan que es un estafador nato me pide que les mande un ingreso a nombre de Purificacion RUIZ RICO, DE 48 € SE LO HAGO Y ME DICE QUE NECESITA OTRO DE 55 € A NOMBRE DE LA MISMA PERSONA A LAS 4 HORAS ME DICE QUE LE TENGO QUE MANDAR OTRO DE 30 € A LA MISMA PERSONA Y A LAS 4 HORAS ME DICE QUE LE MANDE UNA A NOMBRE DE PATROCINIO MARTIN RODRIGUEZ DE 50 € MAS OTRO DE 33 € AL MISMO NOMBRE ME DIJO QUE YA ME MANDARIAN EL DINERO QUE ME DEBIAN PUES AYER POR LA MAÑANA ME PIDE UNO DE 45 € QUE YO DIJE QUE SE ACABO. SOLO PUEDO DECIR QUE ESTA GENTE TENDRIA QUE ESTAR EN LA CARCEL DE POR VIDA Y NO DEDICARSE A ESTAFAR A LOS CLIENTES QUE TIENEN , YO LO QUE NO ENTIENDO ES QUE NI LA POLICIA NI LA JUSTICIA HAGA NADA PARA ENCERRARLOS DE POR VIDA.
