I couldn’t recommend Pedder any more highly, especially after an awful experience using Purplebricks to manage my first tenancy. My property manager Pia was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She always responded promptly and gave me guidance when there were issues I wasn’t sure how to approach. With the property being on the older side, there were a few maintenance problems here and there, but these were quickly resolved. The fully-managed fee was definitely worth the lack of stress!

Pia Mannix is most helpful in all ways, excellent communication, polite and knowledgeable.

I’ve been letting my flat in Upper Sydenham through Pedder for many years. I don’t live locally so it is crucial for me to co-operate with a managing agent I can trust. My experience of Pedder has always been positive. This positive experience has recently been reinforced when I found myself facing a costly quote for works relating to refurbishing gas installation. Derek, who is looking after my property on behalf of Pedder, was most helpful and managed to find another engineer who at a fraction of the original quote price brought the installation to a satisfactory working order. Overall, I highly recommend Pedder and Derek in particular!

Really happy we used Pedder East Dulwich. David, Callum and the wider team were great from start to finish. We ended up with the purchasers solicitors asking many many many questions which meant the process took time. Callum, in the main, kept good dialogue going between us and the buyers which really helped. Very pleased we chose Pedder from the agents we met. If we had another property to sell in East Dulwich we would use Pedder again.

From the first interaction with Peddar, the team were really helpful. They made some really good suggestions of properties for us to view, based on our requirements. We made our offer, settling on a fair price with the agents working hard to secure our offer with the vendor. As we progressed with the transaction Cansu in the Sydenham office ensured that we moved quickly with a smooth run to completion. I would definitely recommend.

We bought our house with Pedder Brockley and had a great experience. We had been looking for a while and had mixed experiences with estate agents- some were chaotic and several were untrustworthy. However Pedder and Alp in particular was definitely the best agent we worked with, so I was really glad that we ended up buying the house with them. Alp was very friendly, diligent and proactive, making sure we always were kept informed and moving the process along without being pushy or chaotic. Most importantly we didn’t feel like he was trying to con or manipulate us. Would highly recommend and wish more agents worked like this!

I found all my dealings with Pedder extremely professional, kind and attentive throughout the complicated selling of my apartment.
I mainly dealt with Zara who I think should be given an Oscar with all the complications she had to deal with to secure the sale to completion. David her manager was also tops as far as I am concerned.
