We had 4 new windows fitted as our previous very old windows had started breaking. Absolutely great work by Kyle and Kevin, very quick and efficient, tidied up well after themselves too which you don't get many workmen who do.
Definitely a great improvement to what we had previously, cannot hear much of the traffic from outside anymore which is nice living on a main road.
Thank you to Ashley for sorting everything out quickly for us. Was supposed to be around a 10 week wait but got it done within 3 weeks which worked out great for us as we had a decorator coming the day they finished work, ideal!

After using Peninsula last year we were very happy with their work and asked them to do more work this year. Nia and the fitting team are very efficient and left the house both clean and tidy.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the work carried out by Peninsula in fitting our front door and window. From the very first meeting, Trevor was friendly, helpful, and offered excellent advice that guided us in making the right decision. Arron, who conducted the survey and completed the installation, was equally professional and thorough. The job was completed to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Peninsula again and fully intend to return for the rest of our windows when we are able to. Thank you.

Bay window needed very bespoke design to remodel and fit legacy opening- this has worked very well. Team was very customer focused and minor glitches were sorted with no question. We were disappointed about the length of period between ordering/measuring and then doing the work - about 7 months. But please with final result

We have used Peninsula on a couple of occasions several years ago. They did an amazing job. We recently needed a service call as our patio door wasn’t running well. The communication was excellent and they attended really quickly and resolved the issue without any fuss. The service team are a credit to Peninsula so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We've now asked Peninsula to undertake five projects on our house, installing new windows, bi-fold doors, french doors and a new porch. We have always been more than satisfied with the result. Ashley Bowe-Jones has been most helpful in advising us initially, and the surveyor and fitters have all done excellent work. The surveyor kindly called by after the installation to check that the work had been done as agreed and that we had been satisfied with everything

Hywel and Tosh did a great job in fitting 4 windows ti the front of our house and we are more than happy with the overall finish. They were prompt with their timings and took care inside the house not to make a mess and cleared all old materials away when they had finished. Thank you.

I wanted to personally thank Peninsula on this site to let others know that, from ‘start to finish’, my experience with the company has exceeded all expectations.

Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and care in planning, stood out from the first visit and quotation. The teams’ precision with measurements, and their thoughtful integration of the new windows and doors into my home’s 1930s character was remarkable. The fitters were polite, professional, and left everything immaculate. I wanted to specifically call out the mortar rendering around the external window and door frames, and the way it blended into the granite walls, was second to none.

This project was a significant investment for me in improving my home and what particularly impressed me was the staged payment structure Peninsula offered, with the final portion held until I was completely satisfied. This was very reassuring, not expected, and perhaps an indication of how confident they are with the quality of their products and services.

We were given details of Peninsula by Velfac and have been really impressed from start to finish with their service and with everyone involved. Trefor initially dealt with our enquiry and was really helpful and communicative when discussing what was required and with confirming the order. Shane then measured up and carried out site visits, liaising with us and our builder throughout to make sure everything was correct. When it came to fitting, the team were excellent, very thorough and respectful of our property - a big thanks to Kev, Gaz, Sonny, Nathan, Ryan and Kyle for getting to site despite the snow and making sure the installation happened as planned! We would have no hesitation in recommending Peninsula, they have been great and we are very grateful to them for making sure everything went smoothly.

I've just had all my doors and windows replaced by Peninsula and I'm absolutely delighted. They are all super and have made such a difference to the house. The challenging, very large window in the lounge, was replaced exactly as I wanted. I visited the showroom on a number of occasions, the staff were super.
The whole team at Peninsula were great, the fitters were super, so clean and tidy, I couldn't have asked for more.

Was a bit scared the whole porch would collapse if the door was replaced (with a composite product) but it went swimmingly and everyone who sees it is very pleased with it even though I'd know clue what design config to go for or ever done this before. I'm sure we'll use them again. Great comms throughout the process.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I had been toying with the idea of replacing my tatty old porch for years and I had researched and considered many different options. Ashley and Nia came for the initial consultation and to discuss design ideas. They were great, friendly and courteous as was Christian, the surveyor. Making an investment in your property can be stressful but I can honestly say it's been worth every penny. The team at Peninsula made the process easy. I was really impressed with the work ethic of all the lads, from Barry and Jordan who constructed the base to Andrew (Tosh) and Hywel the fitters. They were all brilliant. I've had a lot of work done on my home recently and I can honestly say Peninsula are the best and I'm over the moon with my new room 💗

From Nia’s first visit to do the survey , to Christian’s to do the measurements and (Nathan and Phil) the fitters, our whole experience with peninsula has been excellent.
We are absolutely delighted with our new front door and windows, it’s made the house look amazing.
We also had an after care check in from both Nia and Christian which was a really nice touch.
All very professional and helpful, would highly recommend.

Peninsula Windows go above and beyond. From when we first went to the showroom and meeting Nia to finishing our conservatory, everything was perfect. The groundworkers and installers were helpful, polite and efficient.

The fitters were here for 2 days and arrived 8.30 and did not stop working. Very tidy work. Have been putting off buying new windows and a front door for years in fear of a lot of mess especially with the bay window but the way the 2 of the fitters took out the old window and put in the new one was amazing.

We decided to replace our front door. I spoke with Nia who supported us with choices, home visit, showroom experience and engaged with us throughout in picking the best door for us. It was fitted so quickly and the 2 fitters did an excellent job, taking lots of care in making it a perfect fit. Thanks to everyone involved.
