My experience with Peninsula has been first class from start to finish. I’ve had windows and doors from Peninsula in the past, and this is why I keep returning to them, as they look after their customers should any issues occur. My first point of contact was with a very friendly and helpful lady by the name of Nia. She kept me updated with the stages of the delivery and installation date and time of arrival. She also gave me a call to check that we were happy with the installation.
The two installers arrived on time, they were friendly polite and they did an excellent job, they were careful of my decor and cleaned up at the end.
I’d gladly recommend Peninsula to anyone wanting quality product with an excellent after sales service

We are very pleased with the sunroom that Peninsula built for us. The tradesmen were all skilled and meticulous in their work, as well as friendly and tidy.

Management of the project was shaky at first with unnecessarily long delays in applying for planning permission and drawing up plans, but once the work started it proceeded well with good oversight and communication.

The product and the fitting experience have both exceeded my expectations. The door is of an exceptionally high quality and looks great. The fitting team were very careful, efficient and tidy in their work and I am impressed with the finished result.

Ryan was also very good indeed at dealing with my initial enquiry and showing me the options in the showroom, making sure that I had the right specifications for my needs.

From initial contact to final payments - working with the Penisula team was a great experience.

Kyle & Kev (installation) took a flat patch of concrete and built a 3D masterpiece of glass, wall-panels & plaster. Done with skill, humour & attention to detail.

…just the face of the much bigger operation behind the scenes. My heartfelt thanks to one and all.

Service was excellent from our first visit to the showroom through to completion of the work. Nia made everything easy and nothing was too much trouble.

We wanted to change our windows to let more light in and make our home more energy efficient - we found the right company to do it, and we are very impressed with their service..
From our first visit to the showroom to look at our options we were given the time to explore and try out various windows available, and when we got home and couldn't remember which handles we had chosen we just went back and were welcomed in to choose between finishes.
The team work well together. The office staff made sure that we got our order and planned a timetable that fitted around our needs. The engineer came and measured up reassuring us by confirming our thoughts on window placement and how they would open when they were fitted. We had ordered 2 of the nice tilt and turn windows and wanted them to open in a specific direction. When the fitting crew arrived they made an excellent job of installing the windows and cleaning up after themselves.
Our windows were a big investment for us and we know that we have made the right choice.

Peninsula replaced four windows and a rooflight in my home. The entire team were extremely professional from start to finish - Ashley the design consultant was friendly and knowledgeable, and the installation team were clean and efficient. I'd strongly recommend this company!

I have been doing a lot of projects on my house, since buying it some months ago, and the new front door, fitted by Peninsula Windows, has been, without doubt, the best experience I have had with any of the contractors to date.
The quality of the door is exceptional and the fitters were hard working, professional, polite and friendly.
From the moment my account manager visited, to the fitters talking me through operation and care & maintenance of the fitted door, I knew Peninsula Windows a good decision.

The peninsula team installed double glazing with decorative panels recreating original 1936 lead glass on our upper floor. The surveyor took great care to replicate the designs, with patterns and colours matching the original as far as possible. The installation team were friendly, efficient and took great care throughout the process. They kindly cut out the original decorative panels for us to keep and reuse in another project. We are delighted with the look of the windows and will definitely be asking them to replace the windows on the ground floor in due course.

The installation team at Peninsula were extremely polite, competent and efficient, with the six windows replaced within a day and the completion of the work early the following morning. They covered all internal areas with dustsheets and the whole house was spotless after they completed the work.
The windows are of very good quality and we are very pleased with the result. Would certainly recommend Peninsula to others requiring similar works.

The installation team were prompt, courteous and professional. The product and workmanship was high quality. You get what you pay for. Very pleased.

Brilliant service from start to finish. No false promises. We had a composite door fitted today. Prices were a bit more expensive but I can now see why. Door is of high quality and feels solid. Sales man Trevor was fab, came in on his day off to help us. No hard sales. Kept up to date with delivery. Fitters today were lovely, very polite and friendly. Tidy workers. Cleaned up as they went along. Finish is of high standard. Highly recommended. Worth paying the bit extra 👌🏼

Triple glazing doesn't come cheap, so you want them fitted properly. Peninsular quoted a very competitive price. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and professional - our fitters Kyle and Nathan were excellent, all our windows and doors were expertly finished inside and out. We're very pleased, and will be getting the rest of our windows from Peninsular too.

We had a door replaced that was a lot wider and taller than normal. Company had a good selection of alternatives available, and I was very pleased with the end result. All staff were very pleasant to deal with.

From the initial contact with the Peninsula team, followed by the survey by Aron, through to the installation team, the whole process was smooth and professional. Information and advice were always available and we were kept up to date with progress every step of the way. On the day of the install Kyle and Nathan were there bright and early to fit the large picture window. Did a great job on the install and left the site clean and tidy afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending Peninsula and will be coming back to them in the future for other work we need doing.

We are very pleased with our conservatory warm roof. The installation of which was smooth from start to finish. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the installation team were a pleasure to have on site.

Communication was excellent throughout. We would not hesitate to do business with Peninsula in the future.

From start to finish the whole team at Peninsula were great. We had a specific door and colour in mind (Solidoor). Tom the salesman helped us to get that. The fitter that installed the door was excellent he did a great job and we are both pleased with the end result. 10 out of 10 for Peninsula would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them!!

We had sliding doors and windows installed by Peninsular Windows. Sadly on installation one glass unit was damaged. This took a long time to be replaced. When the glass unit was finally replaced the fitters damaged the frame. Many months later we are still waiting for the damage to be rectified. In addition the company have refused to issue a FENSA Certificate for the installation. The windows have been fully paid for, despite the misleading information from Peninsula windows. Best avoid
