I purchased some garden furniture from Peppermill Interiors, and the experience was fantastic!! From the moment I placed my order in the store to the delivery, the process was efficient and smooth.
I went to the Burntwood Showroom where the sales team were very helpful and patient. The showroom had a wide selection on display too!

Spent days looking at various websites looking for a dining chairs. Then I came across Peppermill’s website and found the perfect chairs for almost half the price of another company. It was delivered as promised and amazing quality! Wish I knew about Peppermill Interiors sooner.

After moving into my first home at the beginning of July I knew I wanted a timeless, investment dining table. After spending too much time on the website, my boyfriend and I visited the show room in Burntwood and had great help from the sales team as they pointed us in the direction of the perfect dining table! We ended up falling in love with the gorgeous Knightsbridge table and thank goodness we could choose a smaller size as we couldn't be happier with how it fits in our cosy (small😂) dining space!

My husband and I recently went to the showroom to look at some dining chairs . There were plenty of options to look at and they were all set up around tables which made it much easier to visualise. The sales team were really helpful and gave us loads of advice and info about which chair would best suit our needs, having two young children at home. I'd highly recommend visiting the showroom as the chairs are even better in person! We ended up choosing the lichfield chairs and ordered them to be delivered to our house. They arrived in a timely manner and perfect condition. We love them! We'll definitely be visiting again soon.

Incompetent, time wasters.
Ordered 3 pairs of chairs from the site and they sent us 2 full pairs, 1 other complete chair and 1 that is half of one colour and half of the other, how does that even happen!? (For context the chairs are supplied broken down into pieces and the seat cushion vs backrest were completely different colours)
We promptly made the company aware and rather than admitting their mistake and trying to make it right as soon as possible they instead sent us round the houses. Asking for a form filled in, pictures sent and finally 4 days later said 'we will collect the incorrect piece and when we have received we can then dispatch the correct one' - why wasn't a correct one dispatched as soon as we notified them!
This was after an already unimpressive purchase experience and no updates on the status of our order between purchase and when dpd said they would collect parcel (5 days).
I'm aware people make mistakes but the way a company reacts to them is very telling and I would advise anyone to avoid the company, as they are clueless in terms of product delivery and customer service. And customer experience not even on their radar!

Yet again my buying experience from these guys falls short of expectation.
On Tuesday 11th I agreed to purchase a sideboard and the sales guy told me that one would go in to the workshop to be prepared for collection.
I wanted to make my own arrangements for collecting; based on my past experiences with their deliveries. I was told to collect today; 17th July.
I kept them informed, starting at around 9 this morning and then an update about midday of the driver's progress. The driver arrived and they then called me to say that I'd have to have the display sideboard; but that it had marks. Did I want this one or wait for new stock to arrive. If I said I'd wait then I'd have lost the £100 paid for the collection to take place today. They had nearly a week to advise me that what I was going to have today was an ex-display item and to negotiate on that but instead I was put on the spot and had to make a rash decision.
In short, based on this and my experience in 2019, I'd say that they sell lovely pieces but fall short on customer service and organisation. Keep an open mind when doing business with them. What you're told face to face when selling isn't always going to be how it pans out.

It turned out to be impossible to get 4 stools and 10 matching chairs that didn’t wobble! A subsequent delivery of new legs made no difference. Ultimately, Peppermill lost the appetite to reach a completely satisfactory outcome (all chairs and seats that were stable and didn’t wobble), and we accepted a £60 goodwill gesture to draw a line under it.
I also got fed up with trying for a successful outcome. So we have 2/4 stools, and 3/10 chairs that wobble, the rest are ok. They’re ok when an adult is sat on them, but when not, I find these wobbly chairs and stools incredibly irritating.
The felt pads they sent were also useless - more than twice the diameter of the stool leg, and in brown when the legs are black. A really disappointing purchase.

I bought two professor leather armchairs online from Peppermill Interiors. They were substantially cheaper than a very similar chair from John Lewis. I was a little concerned about not seeing them in the store but I ordered them anyway. They are fabulous chairs. The seat is well padded and comfortable. They appear to have been well made. The leather is the same colour as shown on the online photograph. I am very impressed with the super quick delivery by DPD, on a very stormy winters evening. All in all, I am very impressed with the pricing, the lovely product and the quick delivery.

I received excellent customer service from Zoe at Peppermill Interiors. She was polite, helpful and efficient. Although I decided to return an item (not due to the quality or craftsmanship), Zoe & Peppermill Interiors focussed on the service I received and organised a return of the item plus a refund.I would highly recommend them & look forward to visiting their store soon.

After spending weeks searching for a new dining table and chairs, I was really pleased to come across Peppermill interiors online and even happier to discover they have a large showroom local to me. The showroom is very impressive and the staff very helpful. We left with a dining table and four chairs. As we picked stock items , they were all delivered within 2 weeks. Very good quality and are some what out of the ordinary to what you find in more well known competitors!

Before i ordered a brand new leather chair i contacted Peppermill Interiors to query the colour combinations on the website. Laura ( staff member) emailed me a few photographs of the chair from the sales floor so we could finally decide to purchase
We ordered the chair which arrived extremely quickly (2 days) , The delivery guy was great and even unpacked the chair. Fabulous quality and great price compared to other well known expensive competitors,.Shipping was also a super price.

I have recently purchased a monks bench coat rack and boot store.
It arrived on time delivered well wrapped and with great care.
I am delighted with this product, it is exceptionally well made . The seat and plinth are made of lovely solid timber. I can't fault the craftsmanship nor service from this company and am very happy to recommend them.

Went to buy this table was looking at different combinations. Was told I could take today just what I needed. I asked the salesman if he could go and get me a bench so I could see how it looked “sorry it’s out the back and they don’t like moving things around” Is he having a laugh. Lost a sale just because he couldn’t be bothered. When I went to complain he said “shall I go get you one” well if you couldn’t be bothered the first time - don’t bother.
I ordered 4 velvet chairs at a value price - £160 per pair. You have to expect a certain level of quality at this price, I'd say for what they are it's perfectly reasonable.
One leg had been damaged in transport. Peppermill quickly replaced it, but it was a marginally different design. So they replaced the whole chair including legs. Sometimes things do go wrong, but how companies deal with it matters most. In this case, I'm not sure they could have any more and were great at letting me know what was being done.
If you ever wanted to find a company where the phrase 'computer says no' then you have found it. Due to the customer paying the invoice but missing the Vat payment the delivery was pushed back by over a week. We offered to do a 200 mile round trip to pick the tables up ourselves so the client had them when they wanted them but due to 'covid timed slots' they wouldn't allow this. I even offered to pay one of there staff to work an extra half an hour at the end of the day so we could pick them up but again No. Customer service = Non existent
After renovating our current home we found the furniture at Peppermill suited very well, substantial pieces that look nice, wear well and most importantly comfortable. A nice balance of an antique look with a contemporary twist and modern colours. Service A1, even during difficult pandemic, i was kept aware of delivery delays, but everything turned up and they were very helpfull with delivery.
I would highly recommend Peppermill Interiors. Staff were extremely helpful, the service was excellent and we are thoroughly impressed by the quality of our dining table and chairs. We will definitely be purchasing a few other household items again. Thank you.
