I am a new customer and missed a step in my purchase. The help desk person checked in with me, Was very kind and helpful. After things were corrected, they followed up again to insure I was satisfied. I have had bad customer service or no customer service from other companies, not here though. I am a Very happy customer now.

Great service and great products

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order during their Black Friday sale and after 9 days, I called them to find out where the order was. They advised they had shipped out "most" orders from the sale, but not mine. Asked to cancel and get a refund and 4 days later I am still waiting for the refund. Meanwhile they have announced another sale. Asked for a supervisor call back, never received one. Buyer beware.
