Great customer service, fast replies to questions, they are great at everything everyone else is lacking. They have great products and my shipment arrived sooner than expected. 100 percent satisfied.

Purchase was simple. Products ship quickly! I’m very happy and about to make my fourth order with confidence!

Incredible support on the front and backside of the purchase process. Incredibly fast shipping and very discreetly packaged. The included solution for reconstitution is very helpful and their reconstitution FAQ was very useful.

Easy ordering process with consistent updates.

High quality products and US based company right in my back yard of Franklin, TN. The shipping was faster than Amazon. Customer support was as quick and efficient as there shipping if you have questions or issues. I will only use these guys because I trust them and every experience has been superior.

I ordered from peptide pro several times and I was never disappointed. The packaging was top tier and so was the customer service, definitely will continue to patronize their business. Quick delivery (UPS) ground 👍🏾

This company is awesome I ordered during the BOGO and they didn’t have enough stock of the item I wanted but I ordered anyway just the one item, but when I reached out to them they added to my get one to my order before shipping, that’s GREAT customer service and I’ll be shipping with them again!

This is my third order with peptide pro and I’m very satisfied, I’m recommending it to everyone I know. Happy that their orders come with free Bac water too!

Fast shipping and effective products will order again

I’ve been using BPC-157 and TB-500 from PeptidePro for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed so far. The order came quick, packaging was professional, and the products were exactly as described. I started noticing improvements in recovery and less irritation around my injury site much sooner than I expected. Everything has mixed cleanly and been easy to use. Overall, I’m very happy with both the quality and the results so far—definitely recommend. Just recently ordered ipamorelin, can’t wait to leave a review.

From start to finish, my experience with this company has been nothing short of exceptional. Their products consistently exceed expectations, and the commitment to transparency through regular third-party testing sets them apart in an industry where trust can be hard to find. It’s incredibly reassuring to see up-to-date testing results posted, which speaks volumes about their integrity and dedication to quality.

I’ve placed three orders so far, and every product has been exactly as described—effective, reliable, and truly top-tier. Even when I encountered a minor shipping issue, their customer service team responded with remarkable speed and professionalism, resolving everything within 24 hours. That level of care and responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated.

In a market flooded with options, this company stands out as a trusted source for both outstanding products and exemplary service. I’m thoroughly impressed and will continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommended!

Great selection of research products and I took advantage of a BOGO sale.

There was a small error with one of my orders. However, all it took was a email to customer service to fix that issue. CS responded to my email within 12 hours and had a resolution that was more than satisfactory within the next 24 hours.

I will definitely be ordering from PeptidePro again.

I’ve been ordering from them for a while and every experience has been great. Timely delivery and customer service. Recently I had an issue with a shipment due to UPS fault and they have bent over backwards to correct the issue. They went ahead and sent me a reshipment. I couldn’t be more happy with their products and customer service.

Great shipping and fast. Product has been great so far. Will add another review at the end.

Peptidepro has top notch customer service and support. I made a mistake in my order and they resolved it quickly for me. They also provide easy ordering and quick shipping. I will not hesitate to order from them again in the future.

Easy to navigate site. Good selection and great customer service. Great specials, fast shipping. Research results very promising so far.

Excellent customer service. Minor mix-up on my order and was resolved quickly and professionally. Product, shipping, and customer service top notch.

Easy to navigate and purchase. I love that all products have COAs via 3rd party testing.

Products have shipped out next day. I did pay extra for 2 day cold shipping and UPS delivered a day late, so the package wasn’t as cold but that’s on UPS.

Overall, been a great experience. Wish I got some of the sale items before they sold out.

I can’t say enough good things about Peptide Pro! Their customer service is absolutely amazing — I received the wrong order by mistake, but they handled it quickly and professionally, resolving everything within a week. Delivery is always super fast, arriving well within a week every time I order. Plus, the free BAC water they include is such a thoughtful bonus. It’s those little touches that make all the difference. Highly recommend Peptide Pro for anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service!
