After a few false starts with exchange/completion dates, I had to move very quickly. Kian and the team were superb, from the moment they turned up to pack until they left having moved everything into the new property. The team were all lovely! They were polite, hardworking and efficient. The quality of packing was excellent and they took great care with my belongings. There were delays on the day, but the team took this in their stride and worked incredibly quickly to get me moved in. I would absolutely recommend The Perfect Group to others.

Moving house can be stressful, especially when it takes place under difficult circumstances. In our case my wife and I were compelled to vacate our apartment on the top-most floors of a modern, low level Thames-side block that we had designed and totally reconfigured as our final and only home. The displacement was necessary on account of the unavoidable requirement to remediate negligent construction defects on the part of a major building firm that had been overlooked by the Local Authority's inspector. My wife and I are both approaching 80 years of age and have some health problems. The prospect of moving the entire contents, acquired in the course of 31 years of marriage, to a suitable temporary apartment in the neighbourhood for an indefinite displacement of 1 to 3 years was daunting, especially as our property included valuable antique furniture, Mid-Century Modern pieces, a valuable wine collection and a large library of books and CDs. We were most fortunate to be in the hands of Perfect Group Removers whose high net worth assessor made an initial site visit to select the appropriate team for the task. The Team Leader marshalled her co-workers in a most sensitive, efficient and effective manner that fully acknowledged our concerns and distress, and the precious and fragile nature of the contents. Working for up to 18 hours per day over two successive days the transfer was accomplished faultlessly. I was overly happy I am with the service provided today by Peter Phil and Sam.
Id been so stressed for the few days prior worrying about the move , whether or not was going to happen and how much I was going to have to do with a newborn baby on board. The answer to that was an absolutely nothing!
The guys completely took control and left me free to take care of the baby.
I can’t begin to express how happy I am in words! I want my gratitude to be known by the big bosses, whoever they are so that they are fully aware that they’ve got three absolutely outstanding removal guys on their team!

Wow! I can’t say good enough things about Perfect Group. They moved us out (Billy & Team) and moved us back in (Joseph & Team) due to a leak. Young children, dog, a lot of stuff, parking challenges - nothing phases them. They are a slick operation, the friendliest team, caring, positive, hard working, organised, careful of belongings, efficient, put everything where it belongs, disassembling and reassembling. I have moved house many, many times and had varied experiences of removal companies. Perfect Group were recommended by a colleague. From my first interaction they were so helpful. No pushiness whatsoever, nothing but professionalism and yet so friendly. The four lads on the day Haydon, James, Max and Michael went above and beyond. They were super helpful. They removed their shoes every time they went in and out of the house. They didn’t mark any walls (which I know is sometimes unavoidable), nothing was broken. They followed my instructions perfectly and made the whole experience easier. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I would actually only ever use Perfedt Group myself going forward.

I can't thank Sam and her team enough for the outstanding service they provided during our house move. Despite working in sweltering hot weather, they remained professional, hardworking, and positive throughout the entire day.

They took great care in packing and loading all of our belongings, treating everything with respect and ensuring the job was completed efficiently and safely. Nothing was too much trouble, and their teamwork and dedication were evident from start to finish.
