I’ve had the pleasure of using perfect group removal’s twice & both times they have been smooth sailing, stress free and efficient. Billy & Richard specifically. If you can ask for them because they are the best!

I had to move on a short notice and they did an amazing job, and thanks to Robbie, along with Richard, James and Gemma, they did an amazing job and worked incredibly fast. Really appreciate all the hard work and effort from them, highly recommend!

What a brilliant, caring company. They really care and look after their customers. My furniture is in storage with them following an insurance claim, and work is nearly finished. The loveliest of ladies, called Cara rings me each week to remind me when I am ready to have my furniture back, she keeps me organised. I recommend Perfect Group from start to finish, they really do care

Perfect Group removals assisted us with moving a large amount of items from one flat to a new property as well moving some items to storage. Robbie and his team from the Welwyn depot were extremely helpful and professional. They also exercised patience and were very understanding as there were a large amount of items to be moved and it was very last minute. Not only did they move the items they also acted efficiently and moved items to a storage facility and also to the new premises simultaneously using 2 vans and more people from Robbie’s team came to help which got the job done quickly. It’s not an easy job but Robbie and his team did incredible including Chris, they were very polite and friendly through it all and I would definitely use them again if needed. I would highly recommend using this company they are very trustworthy and deliver everything they promise.

I would just like to say what a pleasure it was to have the 'A Team' from Perfect Group. All of the team were polite, professional and respectful. Robbie, the "A Team' leader, was exceptionally kind, professional, polite, respectful and helpful. He went out of his way at all times to ensure that we felt looked after, in the knowledge that our possessions were being cared for with the utmost care and respect. Robbie also went above and beyond to ensure that everything we wanted removed was removed. Finally, I was struck by the team's attention to detail and how all our items were meticulously packed, right down to the removal and packaging of the cuttlery!!!
We would definitely contact Perfect Group again if we ever needed any removals done again, and I would put in a special request to hav Robbie and his 'A' Team. i

It was a seamless experience to move our stuff with Perfect Group - specially with Peter and his team. They were super efficient and planned really well for the day. Got the job in fast turnaround. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Group were amazing moving us out of our water damaged home to a temporary property and moving us back home 10 months later. Jay lead the teams for both moves and he is super efficient, professional, kind and does the job with a smile. Both teams worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble.

Peter and his team had good communication leading up to the moving date, and prompt to arrive for the move. They were extremely patient when unforeseen circumstances occurred, and were quick to come up with solutions, which helped make the day a little bit less stressful. They were very careful and considerate with my items + furniture and handled everything with care. When the lift at the storage unit didn’t work, they carried all the heavy items one by one (really appreciate it!) I would really recommend the perfect group to anyone that needs help moving!

Thank you all for doing such an amazing job this week. Every single member of the team has worked tirelessly to get us safely and comfortably moved out and into our temporary accommodation. They’ve shown care and kindness every step of the way and have looked after us and our possessions beautifully.

From the initial survey and quote to move day it’s self has been very easy and professionally done and as stress free as it could be. We had to wait awhile for the keys to our new home and that meant a lot of hanging around waiting but the guys just took it in there stride and waited patiently. Would highly recommend them.

I recently used The Perfect Group for my move (and storage of items), and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the service from start to finish. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but their team made the entire process feel smooth, organised, and completely under control.

Perfect group really lived up to their name! Will was great in organising the move, dropping boxes and collecting them after the move. The stars were definitely Robbie and team (Sam, Hugh, Chris, Joe) who carefully packed every item in our apartment and even unpacked and reassembled the bigger furniture in the new apartment.

They were very respectful of our home and belongings, neat, tidy and just generally lovely people to work with. A move is always stressful, but this team made it so easy and took away the anxiety we had with moving so many things and attempting to get everything sorted in a day.

I had an amazing experience with them, and would definitely recommend them for a professional experience with a very human touch!

A gold star and a massive thank you must go to David and Henry who recently helped me unpack and sort out masses of stuff which had come back from storage after a traumatic fire in our block of flats. Not only were they kind, helpful and great fun to work with but they put me on the internet, set up my Alexa, put up some ceiling light shades and advised me as to what stuff I could sell on eBay or give to charity. I don’t know what I would have done without them.

Such an excellent service from start to finish. Sonny and his team made the removal day run so smoothly. They went above and beyond and were so friendly and helpful. Best removal experience we have ever had!
