We received an excellent service from Perfect Glazing. Everyone we have been in contact with has been courteous and helpful from my initial enquiry to fitting the new windows. We are really pleased with our new windows which have transformed our house and made it so much more comfortable. We live in an old property and wanted windows which were in keeping with the style of the building but were also efficient especially as we are in an upper level property and exposed to the elements. We certainly received what we were looking for. I have to commend the fitters who were so hard working, amenable and who tidied up so well afterwards. Thank you

I now have a warmer, quieter home thanks to Perfect Glazing. From the first initial enquiry to the meeting with Adam, then the official measurements and to finish with the installation I found the whole process a delight. All the team were friendly efficient, professional and very helpful. Customer service was excellent by all involved. I would have no hesitation in recommending Perfect Glazing. I will definitely be using them again.

I'm very pleased with the quality of my new door — it's exactly what I was hoping for. The service provided by Garry was impeccable from start to finish. I felt I could trust him throughout the entire process, and he absolutely delivered. Highly recommended!

Had Liam and Scott out to fit our back and front doors and what a wonderful job they have done. Very tidy workers who cleaned up afterwards. Doors are great quality and look outstanding.

Fantastic experience, and great quality windows! I ant recommend this company highly enough. They've been incredibly helpful and kind from start to finish. And the windows and doors they installed are top quality - our home is so much cozier and steadier in temperature now. 10/10

Had a patio door replaced recently. Plus points:- no annoying sales pitch just here's the price, salesman was in and out in fifteen minutes. Wait time was just 3 weeks. Payment up front was only 10% with balance after installation.
Not so good points:- installers left quite a bit of excess silicone on sill, frame and glass which has been a bit of a pain to clear up. Fitters didn't fully sweep up patio after work ( a dustpan full of plastic sawdust and silicone gun ends). Door definitely feels a lot more flimsy than the cr smith unit it replaced. Other than that fine although all correspondence was via text messages so no paper or even email copies of receipts and invoices which feels a bit unprofessional.

Extremely professional company, I had 2 windows and a composite door installed to a very high standard. From the initial contact to completion was an absolute breeze. The fitters were very pleasant, did a brilliant job and cleared away all the mess, I couldn’t ask for any more. I would definitely recommend Perfect Glazing Windows and I would not hesitate to use them again. Well done Garry and all the team.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish

After a terrible experience with a previous window company I reached out to Perfect Glazing and I’m so glad I did. From the very first conversation the team was professional understanding and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen to what had gone wrong before and gave me complete confidence that they would put it right.

They installed two beautiful new doors which completely transformed the look of my home and they also fixed the mess left behind by the last company without any complaints. The quality of the work was outstanding and the whole team was friendly tidy and respectful throughout.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Perfect Glazing to anyone. They’ve restored my trust and delivered exactly what they promised. Five stars.

From start to finish totally professional

Absolutely recommend

The whole process of our new windows was professional and timely . The installation team were great, methodical and helpful. The finished windows are excellent. I would highly recommend this company .

Just had our front door replaced with Perfect Glazing and we are very pleased with it. The salesman Luca who first attended our property was a lovely boy, very polite and wasn’t overly pushy so we agreed to go ahead, we had a few issues with the fitting time which was due to a stocking issue of the colour we had chosen, I always received a quick response to my messages to Luca and after a phone call to the office where unfortunately I experienced an extremely unhelpful and pretty rude member of staff I received a call from Garry who was lovely and managed to resolve the issue quickly.

We have had yet another excellent experience having new PVC doors and windows fitted to our house by Perfect Glazing. The workmanship was outstanding, the men were efficient & their time management skills made this experience run smoothly.

Just had french doirs fitted in dining room. Fitters turned up early job done in few hours very clean friendly. Nothing a problem. Not the first time iv used this company won't be the last consistently great!

We have a victorian property with 32 windows. Perfect Glazing provided us with uvpc, wood effect, sash windows and we couldn't of been happier!

I am so pleased with the finish

Had 2 doors fitted within 2 weeks of ordering. Work was carried out to very high standard. My salesman Shea ensured everything was done as agreed and on time. Thank you for prompt efficient service.

Really pleased with the windows and door at my property in Edinburgh.

There were a few niggles along the way but I was assured they would be sorted and they were, in good time.

I was impressed with the level of good communication across the team and everyone was very friendly to deal with.

The pricing was fair and the quality of the windows is great, exactly what I was looking for.

I would recommend.
