Order and paid for tracked delivery, did not get delivered until this morning, I did email regarding it and felt like I should not have, not great support no apology just a screen shot showing out for delivery, the items are poor quality and not worth the money spent a dummy clip that has no attachment to put on dummy and a hair bow and not delivered within the timeframe paid for, won’t bother to email customer service about it as the reply about late delivery was enough.

Your unhappy it was not delivered within timescale contact Royal Mail, no customer service at all, such a pity, full facts mystery parcel or not quality should always be there, again you sent via Royal Mail they will only deal with the sender not the person who receives the item so Unsure how I would have dealt with this, I understand now once it leaves you want nothing more to do with it.
Again this is the feedback regarding the items but again you have not offered to help in anyway only what you could have done again not customer service here at all only what I
Could have done differently not what you’re doing to rectify.

I ordered my daughter the personalised pyjamas and my grandson a matching personalised rompsuit the delivery was so quick. It’s absolutely beautiful and the quality is lovely I will definitely be ordering more.

We ordered a personalised baby grow for our little girl's 1st birthday with very short notice and the incredible team made us the most stunning baby grow and made sure we had it in time for her birthday. It was truly perfect and the quality is like no other I've seen. The attention to detail that goes into these baby grows is truly amazing. The customer service was also fantastic and they did everything to ensure I was satisfied and created it bespoke for me. I am truly grateful for the service and for making my little girl's 1st birthday so memorable. She looked beautiful. Anyone looking for something special for your baby then this is the perfect place! I ordered an outfit for our Grandaughter to come out of hospital in. Unfortunately I spelt her name wrong and as I am retired this company offered to redo the item free of charge! Wow! I ordered my little boy’s first birthday outfit from Perfect Little Thing three years ago and absolutely loved it. When it came to my little girl’s outfit, I ordered a personalised sleepsuit with frills on the collar and cuffs, and it is absolutely beautiful – the most perfect girly outfit! I loved it so much that I had to order the pink safari sleepsuit in the same style too.

I can’t recommend Perfect Little Thing enough. The quality is amazing, the customer service is fantastic, and their outfits are just beautiful. If you’re looking for something special for your little one, this is definitely the place to shop!

I recently made a purchase from perfect little thing what a beautiful little business it is, a company that show cases some gorgeous bespoke products from adult pyjamas to the most unique and detailed outfits for your little ones I was given a lovely warm welcome upon arrival to there gorgeous showroom. Every mother and babies dream!

The stuff here is second to none no questions asked everything is made to suit you and your little ones so much love and effort has gone into every single one of there projects down to every last stitch these guys sell everything bespoked and personalised! Weather you have an occasion or you would just like your child to be dressed in luxury this is the place for you! I bought some pjamas for my friends baby, the quality is absolutely unbelievable. 10/10 couldn’t recommend them enough.

Lovely item and very quick dispatch. However paid £5 for gift wrapping in addition to postage. Thought it would save me time. The gift wrapping was a single piece of white tissue paper with their logo on. The sort of thing you get as standard and certainly not gift wrapped 😂 however I’m pleased with the item.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t find what I was after, but messaged & got directed to the right place straight away, super fast postage would definitely buy again perfect 🩷
