Please steer clear of this company. Completely unprofessional behaviour.

I've worked as a construction project manager and builder for the last 15 years, and my experience with Perfect Living Services has been extremely poor.

Perfect Living Services operate as an intermediary, arranging plumbers while taking a margin on the work, but the coordination, professionalism and accountability are non-existent.

The plumber also attempted to charge me for tools that he had purchased. It was only after I asked multiple times for the receipt that I became aware of these charges, and the cost of the tools was then removed from the total price.

My tap, water heater and expansion vessel were not installed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements and, as a result, could not be warranted. After raising the issue, Perfect Living Services did not take responsibility for ensuring the installation was properly resolved.

The plumber failed to return, cancelled arranged visits multiple times, and Perfect Living Services have now stopped responding.

Pay the extra money and use another contractor.

Before they can progress professionally as a business, they must seriously improve their conduct and the way they treat customers.

No matter what comments they may reply with in an attempt to mask or dismiss this review, there is no excuse for the way this situation has been handled.

Done a waste clearance for this company and wasn’t paid been ghosted ever since. Fran at customer services is no help can’t even talk properly on the phone par me off with random numbers

Do not use.
They will send a quick professional quote reasonably priced, that’s the good news.
The quality of work is very poor- basic bathroom DIY work looks like it was done by a 3 year old, shower screen has to be refitted by another company and the flooring sealed twice and still looks awful. Harassed for payment the second the job was done.
Don’t waste your money, it will need to be redone by a professional

Overall Terrible service. Company admitted to employee doing a bad job. Bad communication. Paint on my carpet. Uneven sealant on my walls. Paint splatter on my walls. Didn't do as was asked. Agreed to a refund and never delivered. Now we're going to have spend even more money to fix what they've done, as well as the loss. The company is now ignoring contact.

DO NOT USE THEM. They promised 3 day job for a shower replacement which took 11 days . They messed up the whole property while the work is going on. There were 3 different leaks during the process which damaged my tenants furniture and the ceilings in two different rooms. They just send random people , with no coordination between them and there is no management of the whole job by anyone at any point of time. And when you ask them for payment to all the loss they have caused to the property they threaten you, to damage your property.

A word of advice, stay away from Perfect Living Services Limited. They just ghost their clients & do not respond. The company was incorporated in mid 2025.
The owner & director KS listed with UK companies house is evident online, it is his mobile number on the website & he and another both ghosted us. Obviously a Mickey Mouse company. If you search for businesses related to the owner of this one you will note the various complaints linked to companies associated with him. He appears to be an expert at opening & dissolving companies.
Just please do your research!

Excellent experience from start to finish

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Perfect Living genuinely deserves one.

We hired them for a complete house renovation project, including decorating, repairs, plumbing, electrical work, flooring, and finishing touches throughout the property. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. Every stage of the project was clearly explained, we were kept updated regularly, and any questions we had were answered quickly.

What impressed us most was how everything was managed through one company. Instead of trying to coordinate different trades ourselves, Perfect Living organised the entire project, making the whole experience far less stressful than we expected.

The workmanship was completed to a high standard across every part of the house. The team paid attention to detail, worked professionally, kept the property tidy, and made sure everything was finished properly before considering the job complete. They were happy to make small adjustments where needed and genuinely cared about the final result rather than simply rushing to finish.

The pricing was transparent, there were no unexpected surprises, and we always knew what was happening throughout the renovation.

Finding a reliable company for a full renovation isn’t easy, but Perfect Living completely exceeded our expectations. We would happily use them again for future projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company that can manage everything from small repairs to full property renovations.
