I had the pleasure of speaking to Arnie from personal group at Bridgewood Manor this week. He was very informative and showed such genuine care about employees and their wellbeing. He had all the answers to my questions and made me feel like personal group staff want the best for us as employees. I will definitely recommend to anyone else who didn’t get the chance to speak to him that they should take some time to look into what personal group offers.

Tried sorting a refund out took 3 months to get it worst company I’ve dealt with in terms of customer service be left on hold for 20-30 mins at a time highly do not recommend this company for work place pensions/hospital plans
