I recently made multiple claims and didn’t really have any idea what I needed to do and called them in a number of occasions, I spoke to different people every time but they were all so lovely and genuinely couldn’t help me enough. I can’t recommend them highly enough… finally an insurance company that feels like you are not just a number/customer. They actually care and want to make sure you go away with all the information you need. 10/10
