Very professional and friendly!!

Graham listened, empathised and was very thorough with surveying the property. He changed the poison used at the last visit due to his good knowledge of rat infestations. An absolute pleasure to have him doing the work required to ensure the problem is resolved. It made a very serious headache into a fun afternoon especially when he pulled out my washing machine and got soaked. I have every faith he will get to the bottom of a problem that has been going on for years.

Aidan is a very knowledgeable person.
He came and placed poison last time but as I continue to have activity he returned, checked the trays and has topped them up. While he was here we both heard the activity and he has advised me to mastic between the skirting board and tiles to lessen the smell. Unfortunately he does not have the equipment to lift the man hole in my conservatory but we both know where the activity is. I look forward to him returning to check the trays again at a later date. Booking straightforward. SMS messaging up to date re the arrival of Aiden, who introduced himself and advised of his qualification. Visited mole area and discussed route/ trap procedure. Aiden set the traps- advised and marked locations - and gave a bit of extra advice along the way. Explained need to book revisit approx 1 week. Polite and helpful chap.

The technician was very helpful from the start of his visit, and subsequently throughout the process. He listened carefully to our problems and then set about a methodical investigation. He set bait in places that would ensure the safety of all family members including an inquisitive puppy.
At the end of the process he ensured there were no unanswered questions before leaving.

Jordan arrived to deal with a wasps nest for us that was above our bedroom window, He was friendly and professional and really knew what he was doing. His attention to the smallest of details was exceptional as he made sure that it was in fact a wasp nest rather than Honey Bees as he spotted a couple of hornets and wanted to be sure. Once he was certain that this was in fact wasps he quickly dealt with issue without any problems. This was a 5* experience. Thanks Jordan.
