Arrived within the agreed time slot and was very approachable and thorough throughout. They provided plenty of clear, easy-to-understand information about the situation and advised on the best course of action. The work was completed promptly and professionally.

Chimney was temporarily sealed, but bees are still getting through into room below.

I can only comment on what has been done to-date as the treatment will take several weeks.

Thomas attended as we were having problems with rodents in the loft. He explained what was needed and put down bait boxes in two loft areas plus another bait station outside where the rodents seemed to be making entry. We have to arrange for him to come back in 3 weeks time to check the success of the bait traps and, all being well, once the problem has been eradicated, I have been informed by JG Pest Control that they will seal up the entry points to prevent any further intrusion.

Very happy with the service. Came out the next day (could have been same day if we were available) and the expert was very friendly and cheerful and did a great job in removing the wasps nests. Great company and although I hope we don't have to use you again, you'd be the first to call if we did.
