Pet Backer is Very Helpful to me as a one of there Pet Sitter but over all Pet backer is the best app to find sitter and have a satified services.

1st time using these guys, along with their provided app, and so far, am liking these guys a lot. The interface is pretty simple and straightforward, payment is easy and secure, and bookings are hassle free and rather flexible. Something came up (on my part) that I had to move the dates, and customer support was pretty prompt to address and resolve the matter. Definitely going for these guys again come next holiday!

One of the best app. From sign up to put your request on the app is amazing. There is lot of options available from boarding, daycare and pet taxi. Perfect app for the Pet owners to find wide options of pet sitters. Highly recommended for Pet Owners.

Up to now Petbacker has not solved my issue. They did not even tried to negotiate, they keep asking to wait. My dog bite on the sitter’s furniture, we already offered to pay directly with the sitter but we want at least the non used amount back.

If I could give a 0 star I would wast of time been looking for a pet taxis put a request in about 2 weeks with the date and time needed got nothing back when you inquire about it all you get be patient email them about 4 times and that's what I get back

What a waste of time.
Literally no one replies as look like fake accounts. How can you have 5 reviews yet all the reviews were left on the same day? It seem’s to happen alot.
Customer service just tell you to wait, then send a link of other boarders yet one was in glasgow i’m south east!
Page looks fake, either fake profiles or old profiles that are dormant but they won’t delete them to make it look like a big community.
Told customer service to delete all my information, which legally they have to and they just reply telling me to try do another search for a sitter.

Not worth wasting your time on, looks like they delete negative comments on instagram also, whole things fake

Cat left with 'pet sitter' in West London who then LOST the cat and refuses to do anything to help or assist the owner with i formation that led to her pet being lost! Please be careful of the 'pet sitters' registered with this company, in particular a male pet sitter who lives in the Hammersmith and Fulham area. If you have to use this company, please avoid leaving your pet with the man who lives in White City, W12. He will openly let your cat out in an area it does not know and will lose your cat and wash his hands of the situation while you stress and panic about your pet being lost on the streets in an area they don't know for weeks in terrible weather.! Absolutely disgusting! He's extremely lucky it's not my cat that's all I'm going to say!!
